Great customer service was received from Maha for international notary and mailing out of country. She accommodated my need for a chair due to my knee issues. They actually answer the phone there. This will be my new go to place for Notary and mailing.

I've recently had a really disappointing experience with this location. My packages were being forwarded here by USPS since I had a change of address, but unfortunately, they didn't include my PO Box number (i've received packages forwarded from this vendor previously without an issue.) Instead of checking or asking, the staff just returned them without even reaching out -- including some pre-orders that I now can't reorder. What's frustrating is that this has never been an issue before. The usual staff have always been great, attentive, and helpful. But lately, since the older lady started handling things, it's been a different experience -- less communication and more issues with returned packages. I'd just recommend keeping an eye on this if you're expecting packages here. A simple confirmation or courtesy call could save a lot of trouble for customers.

Postal Annex near Aborn was one of the only shops open to have to complete the arduous and hopeless outdated task of sending a fax to Kaiser Permanente. It was a blessing on this New Year's Eve to help me send something after so many other stores were shut, including a UPS store, where about 20 people came up in a span of 30 minutes, looking to post items or conduct other kinds of business. The staff at Postal Annex were absolutely lovely and so helpful. I'm very grateful and give them a hearty recommendation.

I did my Live Scan here. They did it pretty quick. The Live Scan only lasted for less than 5 minutes. The staff are very nice and kind people. It's a small place but it feels very comfortable because of its employees.

Helpful staff, but what a ripoff. Go here if you have no other choice, but expect to pay double what USPS charges to ship via Postal Annex by USPS. I prepared a rush package for the UK (their charge, $183) here in a Saturday afternoon after USPS offices were closed and was told it would not depart until Monday. Learned that USPS at Eastridge Mall was open until 7:00 pm so took it there, and was told the package would only cost $93 there. Live and learn. Live and learn.

Found my local FedEx shipper! They're enforcing respectable COViD practices for a quick and painless drop-off With receipt! (ALWAYS ask for a receipt) "Thank you for your business" as the transaction was done--something you don't hear from the first-hand stores who could give two sh*ts about your package. Go support; especially during a shopping season that can't afford us to give gifts in person, PA+ is it.

I've been using the mailbox service here for over 3 years and have consistently had exceptional service. I receive a lot of packages, and they make it so convenient to pick them up. When I walk in, I hear a "hi Crystal" usually from Maha or Kia. It's nice to be known by name! Great service, exceptional staff and convenient location for me!
