This is the San Jose location connecting to a mall . Inside is big and spacious, good AC and does not feel stuffy with a lot of people . We came on a Wednesday afternoon so it was not crowded. Spend most time on clawing machines and I think of you keep on trying on the same one ... like 20 times. There would be that one time the claw machine didn't not let go the toy " too early "and you could put it through the door successfully. Sometime we got lucky and it pushed out 2 toys at one trial . They have other virtual machines and games so . We could easily spend two hours inside . The toys here are the cutest compare to other claw machine stores .

Took my child here for her 8th birthday, and honestly, what a disaster. There's zero service -- fine, I can deal with that -- but things went completely downhill fast. We ordered plenty of food and a pitcher of beer, and the food was barely average at best. Then came the real kicker: during my daughter's cake-cutting, the manager Ben decides to send workers over to cause a scene because we had a pitcher of beer on one of the tables. Seriously? In the middle of a kid's birthday celebration? Instead of letting the kids enjoy the moment, they chose to ruin it with their ridiculous "rules." Talk about power-tripping for no reason. The games are totally rigged and ridiculously overpriced, the staff are rude, and it feels like no one there actually wants you to have a good time. Never again. If you want your kid's birthday to actually be fun and stress-free, go to Dave & Buster's -- at least they know how to leave paying customers alone to enjoy your time.

Great place for family fun. Lots of TVs to watch games as well. They have good drink specials and the food is not bad. Glad this place is doing well & close to home. You can get a large draft Truly for $8!

Came here for a birthday party. They had bowling and game play. But why does the game cards only work on 10% of the games. Majority of the games you can't play at all. It's ridiculous. At Big Al's or Chuck E. Cheese, there's no limit. You can play all the games and the time between each game is much less. Here it's 90 seconds before you can swipe it again. It's a ripoff.

Honestly, this was my first time hard core doing claw machines. It was quite fun, but IMO, definitely pretty pricey. They do have some promos for credits, so definitely look into getting more, since it won't expire if you plan to come back. Staff was generally friendly. To management...it is a bit weird to sell custom cards...but if you're a member, it doesn't roll over...so less people will likely buy the cards...staff thought it was weird too. Will be back in the future! Easy parking in Eastridge mall.

Solid 3 stars for a great bowling experience, but that was about it. We were first ones to bowl on a Wednesday! Round1 is upstairs in Eastridge - looks fairly clean-ish. The bowling alley part is great - lots of modern touches, lights, fun music and interactive screens. Almost too interactive. It was a bit challenging to find "regular" bowling games from the touchscreen. But so easy to have the bumpers put up for the kids - its literally a check mark next to the player. The arcade and claw games seem really exciting but TOOOOOO LOUD when no one else is in there. It seemed it was at a level 10 when should have been 6 at best. But worst part, server was down - you could not play any of the games. We were there for about an hour and server was down entire time. Would we come back? Eh, maybe?

This review is for the Karaoke room! We had the room for a couple hours for my daughter's birthday. Although we had some issues with the system, everything was working finally and the kids were having a good time! The staff members were responsive and helpful with the equipment. I recommend downloading the app over using the keypad and books. It has a search function, top hits, and newest song categories as well as genre filter. The sound system is good and loud. The songs are updated from Spring 2025 so that was great!

I have visited it several time with the last time being this week. The latest experience was the best! Loved that a security guard was added in the entrance who checks for metal items & ensuring that everyone is safe. There are so many arcade machines & several photo booths that are quite affordable, and I don't remember any of them breaking any time when I've visited. This place makes me feel like a kid again, and it's definitely something we all need in this world. I'll for sure be back more!

I love games and especially claw machines. I suggest get the $110+$5 game card for 825 credits. The best deal! Sometimes they give you free stuff like key chains or lanyard for spending that much. ( it's always while supplies last). Some games require staff get you your prize. I like to go with friends! One watches the machine while the other finds someone to get the prize for us. Usually all machines are restocked and that have cutest plushies! It's a little warm in there but you can cool off with a scoop of ice cream. On the week days it's not that busy, but on the weekends it's packed. They close pretty late. If you need a bag for your plushies or prizes, it's 10 tickets for a bag. I like to bring my own bags. They have security in the mall entrance and in the front. No outside food or drinks allowed. They will check your bags and wave the wand to make sure you're not carrying weapons.
