Rigo performed at the 65th anniversary celebration for our ice cream shop in san Francisco. He was very pleasant and professional from beginning to end. He performed solo for us and arrived right on time to set up for his performance. He has a beautiful singing voice and was very nice and friendly to all of our customers. He sang their requests and performed for several hours. We couldn't have been more happy with what he added to our festive day. I would highly recommend him.

We hired Rigo and his Trio for our wedding reception. They were great, they played the whole time (if they took breaks we didn't notice) played the music we asked for and collaborated with our DJ seamlessly (he announced us and they played us in). They were an awesome touch to our reception. Rigo was super easy to book, no hassle and we will definitely use them again the next time we need Mariachis.

I hired a musician to play classical mexican folk music for my mothers memorial gathering. Before, during and after the event, the staff were very curteous and demonstrated high customer service. I asked for specific music and the guitarist met expectations. I would suggest using this group to play at events as a soloist (my case) or as a group of three. . . . Jaime

Rigoberto is a great musician with a beautiful voice, really good at performing live! I hired him for a 3-songs solo and it was such a wonderful surprise. Before that, he was very thoughtful and made sure all the details are clear so that everything goes as planned. Highly recommended!

Rigoberto and his trio performed for us last weekend. He was great. He sounds a little direct and aggressive on the phone, but that's just his style. You paypal him some money upfront, don't worry, he's an honest guy. Our latin family loved his music. We had a trio (three guitars) and it was perfect for background music at our cocktail reception. Highly recommend. We shopped around and he's pretty much the best value in San Jose from what we could tell.

I recommend them highly and will use their service again in the future. I utilized the services of serenatasdirecto.com two weeks ago. Mr Rigoberto, the proprietor, was responsive and courteous on the telephone. Although 48 hour advanced arrangements are preferred, he was able to make some phone calls and arrange a last minute trio serenade for the following day. My deposit for services was made easily via Paypal online. The next day, the three musicians arrived punctually at the pre-arranged location. I chose five songs ahead of time. The musicians had my song list and played in my chosen order. They were very good- the singer had an excellent voice and all the musicians played very well. My girlfriend (ex-girlfriend at the time) was very moved and enjoyed the surprise trio immensely. Happily we got back together the following week and we remain a happy couple. This group was amazing!! Extremely easy to work with, responsive, and the day of our wedding they were right on -time (even a little early). During our cocktail hour they really got the party going and set the tone for the evening! Highly recommend these talent musicians! Thank you.

I contacted Rigoberto to hired a Mariachi Band for a Quinceanera on September 20th from 6 to 8 . I told Rigoberto that the Marichi was a surprise for my God daughter I gave him a deposit of 500 and he was very nice. He told me that Mariachi Boces de Mexico will play at the party. I called him on Wednesday to ask him what time the Mariachi will arrived he was very rude and he told me that the marichi will be at my party 15 minutes before 6 p.m. Saturday 10 minutes before 6 I called him because the Mariachi was not there yet. I called and text messages him several times but he never answer. At 7:45 i got a call from Marichi Boces de Mexico and the person who called was rude he told me that his car broke down and that was why they did not arrive on time. I asked why he did not call to let me know and he ask me very rudely "Do you want me to play at your party or not." I did not have any another option but to let them play and not say anything at that moment because i really wanted to surprise my goddaughter. The Mariachi played at the party 2 hours they never apologized or played any extra songs for the inconvenience. When I asked them what was the balance they told me that the balance was more than what we had agreed on. Bad bad experience this company is not professional!

This past weekend I was fortunate enough to listen to the sounds of beautiful mariachis songs provided by Serenatas Directo! This Mariachis group preformed beautifully and had the guest in awe and wanting more. Traditional and authentic, I 100% recommend this fantastic troop!
