So disappointing that I never received a call back from staff after leaving 2 messages with individual answering their phones. Also, tried sending an email to the address provided on their website but it's invalid! With that being said, I couldn't get any information about available dates or other information. I guess they don't need business.

This venue is incredible! Paige has been wonderful and extremely helpful throughout all our events, providing vendor recommendations and support. We've held three quinceañeras here, and the feedback has been fantastic--everyone loves the beauty of the place. I highly recommend Starlite Banquet; it's been an honor to create three unforgettable memories here.

So I don't even want to give this business 1 star! I called them a couple of days ago and this is what I received today! Why doesn't the receptionist just say this so I could look for a professional venue!? It states do I want another date? But it's all booked!!! So unprofessional!!!!! DO NOT CALL Wait of time!!!!

I hosted my dream wedding here! Raman was super nice and very chill to work with. This banquet hall is gorgeous and very spacious. There were a couple of hiccups along the way on the day of our wedding, but it didn't stop us from having the time of our lives. The ambiance of the banquet hall feels like a hotel ballroom, but much more afforable. All 110 parking spaces was for us to use! I highly recommend this place for large events. Its very much like a blank canvas where you can draw every little detail and watch your vision come alive on the big day. Our contract came with 2 police officers and 2 bartenders. Clean up is included as well. We brought in our own drinks and caterer at no extra charge (no corkage or catering fee). There were no hidden fees after we signed the contract, which is amazing! Our vendors could come as early as 9am to start setting up and they were thrilled at the early start time. Good luck to future customers of Starlite. You're bound to having a wonderful experience if you choose this as your event venue.

My husband and I chose Starlite as our wedding ceremony and reception location and have no regrets at all! Starlite was actually the first venue we toured and we fell in love with it right away. Raman was the one who helped us from beginning to end and honestly, I don't know how we could have done it without him. Our wedding guest count got bigger and bigger as the months got closer, but Raman was informative, accommodating and helped us not panic. Raman was easy to contact and very responsive during our entire process. He gave us advice for the bar, gave us ideas for where to hold the ceremony, and worked with our coordinator to help with the table placements and room layout. The ambiance of the venue was exactly what we were hoping for. It was spacious enough to accommodate 300 guests and the space is such a blank canvas, we really were able to create our vision with it. The chandeliers and pillars add a beautiful touch. Everyone was amazed since while the outside does not look too fancy, the inside was perfect! The dance floor was spacious and the bar and bartenders were great! Raman was even one of our bartenders that night! Wooo! There were no hidden fees which was amazing. We also worked with Ramsin as the date got closer and he was also very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this venue. A BIG thank you to Raman and Ramsin for their work to help us have such a fun and perfect wedding.

We had a wedding at Starlite on August 4th. Ramsin and Ramen were super nice and friendly. My husband and I are super pleased with Starlite Hall. All i can say is very simple! Their service, management is suck! Ramsin ( clown ) which calls himself manager, is a joke and never responds to any messages. The lady takes the note and tells you someone will contact you, which is Ramsin, but simply he never ever bothers to get back to you. I am so sorry for the people that have to deal with these irresponsible clowns. I tried to get hold of someone there for almost a month calling every week or sometimes 2-3 days a row but no one called back.

I've called at least 4 times, emailed them twice to get a hold of someone, ANYONE to call me back for wedding venue information. Each time I call, one of their customer representatives would take my info down and that's pretty much where it all ends. The email listed on their website bounced back because their mailbox is full. Is this how I'm supposed to reach them, is to leave a bad review here so they contact me back? I want to consider all my options, but almost hesitant to want to give them my business.

They don't even deserve one star imo! Called to get an estimate and book an appointment, I received some of the worst customer service. It's like they're trying to drive customers away. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a hall.
