5/5: The hot veggie sandwich is excellent: $14: grilled portobello, grilled onions, grilled poblano petters, avocado, spinach, tomatoes, basil, mayo, other sauce, on baguette. 3/5: The vegan sandwich $15 is well made, but it's too boring. It's like a very boring salad between ciabatta. It's also pricey. Get the hot veggie sando instead. Parking is easy; it's next to the Safeway. They also had good looking desserts.

My family and I were very surprised. We tried this place randomly and WOW. The flavors, the freshness, I honestly did not think you could get that in a sandwich. I had the shawarma, my wife had the carnitas sandwich, and they both were tasty and filling even without chips. Will definitely return!

Would recommend the sandwiches and avoid the Mojitos It's a really great spot for lunches under 20 bucks and I would highly recommend asking for extra sauce on the sandwiches since they were a bit dry

My comments for this place are that I don't recommend their food, for both taste, service, and company integrity. I can't speak to ambience because I'm only able to do take out and delivery. I had selected to cancel and refund the order if the pastrami sandwich I ordered wasn't available, I don't know if they ran out of pastrami and decided to just give 1/4 of the meat advertised or if they really just changed their portions because the sandwich I got was so different from what was pictured it was practically a meme. After opening the sandwich there were two small slices of pastrami. FOR $15. The photos by owner AND by another customer show a decent serving size. SUBWAY serves more than this and I could've gone there for the same price and even their & togos pastrami tastes better. It's really disappointing. I usually like Dijon and this just tasted...weird. I'm sorry I know that's not a very good description but the brand they use is just not something I enjoyed. I love dill pickles and these had a sweetness to them, like semi bread and butter pickles type of flavor. The onion rings were okay but i took them out because they were soggy and I really just wanted a pastrami sandwich anyways. I wish I had just ordered from literally any other sandwich place. Their pastrami doesn't taste like any pastrami I've had, so the portion thing was okay in the end? I still feel like it's something potential diners need to see. Idk how their pastrami has this extra added outer flavor that's just not pleasant. It's gross and I tossed the sandwich after 2 bites and then dissecting it. The arugula and tomatoes were fresh and so was the bread but that's all I enjoyed.

It takes a lot to name your sandwich shop "The Best Sandwiches". I've been meaning to try them for a while. The Hot Pastrami was everything I could ask for - fresh bread, great spread, lots of meat and veggies. I saved half for later, and even later it was still fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

I have to say these are the best sandwiches in all I've the valley. The Cubano, pastrami, Mexicano sandwiches are off the hook and their tea. Nobody makes better tea than them to me. It's one of the best places I've ever eaten for a sandwich.

We visited The Best Sandwiches for lunch on a Sunday, and it was pretty solid. The interior had minimal decor, and most of the seating was outside in front of the entrance. My friend and I both ordered the Tango Turkey Sandwich. They had an awesome selection of non-alcoholic Mojitos, so I chose the Acai & Fresh Blueberry Mojito and my friend got the Dragonfruit Mojito. Service was friendly but not the fastest. Our Tango Turkey Sandwiches were pretty good, and I enjoyed the thick cuts of turkey and chimichurri sauce on the side. The drinks were tasty too, but I liked my friend's Dragonfruit Mojito more than my Acai & Fresh Blueberry one. Overall, good sandwiches, but not sure if they qualify as "the best"!

Wow this sandwhich made me extremely happy! I'm a sucker for a good ole cold cut sandwhich, and this one being stuffed made it even better! This shop opens early, and when I called to ask for a quick order (less than 5min), they were totally understanding and made it happen. Friendly staff and a clean looking shop. I only got to try the cold sandwhich due to being in a rush, but I'm excited to try their extensive menu, which look to be Mexican inspired!
