If you Google the address that DoorDash has for this place it looks like a warehouse converted into separate spaces and several restaurants pop up under the same address as The Birria Boss. I am guessing it is a pop up of sorts? So we have never been to this place. We just DoorDashed food from them. Anyway, we have been craving Birria Tacos (not with goat meat though) so when we stumbled across The Birria Boss on DoorDash we decided to give it a shot even though we couldn't find reviews for it. We ordered (3) Quesabirria Tacos ($15.00) and (1) Fried Cheese Taco ($6.00). The tacos were all greasy but I have yet to have a Birria Taco that was not kind of greasy. Despite that they definitely hit the spot and were tasty. I love cheese so the fried cheese taco was a must and it was really yummy. A tortilla is filled with tender, flavorful Barbacoa wrapped in fried cheese with cilantro, onions, salsa, and guacamole. The salsa definitely had a kick and from what I am told if I think something has a kick it typically means spicy to most. So tread carefully. But the flavors of the salsa, guacamole, and Barbacoa were great. I was so excited I ate it without taking a pic. It's definitely a rich and filling taco so one would have been enough. Buuuut... ...I had to try one of the Quesabirria Tacos too and now I am overly stuffed. These were yummy as well. The Barbacoa was tender and had a good flavor and they actually took the time to pull out the fat chunks. So you aren't biting into pure chunks of fat, which I appreciated. The consommé could have been a little more flavorful but nonetheless we really liked them and it hit the spot. We will definitely be ordering from them again and if I can tear myself away from getting another Fried Cheese Taco I may try something else.

I got a birria quesadilla and one quesabirria taco. Both were extremely oily and soggy. The consommé that came with the taco was literally just oil in a container, no flavor or sauce just OIL. This was so disappointing. Will not ever try again.

I am super disappointed. Please do not waste your time or money on his place.The quesabirria are just deep fried Tortilla with Birria cheese onions and cilantro, not a real quesabirria. The Horchata I ordered was four dollars for a small 12 ounce cup. The hot Cheetos fries gave me the option to add guacamole, I did not choose guacamole, I got guacamole and I am allergic to avocados. The fries in these, were the cheap thin fries and they were cold. This food is way too expensive for what they actually give you. I really wish I would have read the reviews prior to paying 48 bucks for a very bad dinner. Honestly, I want my money back.

I work across the street and saw that it popped up on my Ubereats so decided to give it a shot. Ordered the quesabirria tacos (3) and chips and guac. I was hesitant because of the reviews However I will say it's not bad... it's not amazing either The quesabirria was flavorful plus the consume made it even better. There could of been a bit more meat. I think for the price $5/each they could put more meat. Maybe they could fry the tortilla a little more as it was getting soggy by the time I got in my office (literally across the street). I enjoyed the tacos nothing bad to say. Chips and Guac - keep it simple. It's a pass! Not much flavor, I added lime to it and tapatio still didn't finish it. (And I love guac) I think at their price point they can provide more But I wouldn't say it was bad. Satisfied. I would say 3.5 but will give 4 stars because it was really convenient for me Note: I was confused at first because the only truck at the location which is a empty commercial building was Lupitas tacos however I believe this trucks runs 3 different food businesses Disclaimer: this was my first quesabirria taco (I know I'm late to the hype) but if these were good I wonder what the higher rated places are like !

I have been here several times over the past year. I cannot explain how good the Quesabirria tacos are. Worth it! I alway put lime and dip in the consome broth. The quesadillas are fire too!

Everyone is serving quesabirrias now. This morning, we decided to order 4 quesabirrias and the hot cheeto fries. I can't speak about the physical location as this was a delivery order. The quesabirrias were quite plain ($5 each). This is the first place that I know of that doesn't grill their tortillas in the consome. If you order these, you'll end up getting a plain tortilla with no flavor. I have to say the meat is pretty good and they fill up their tacos just enough. The other complaint I have, what's up with the little sauce cup of consome? This is the first place where the consome was non-existent. It comes in a little sauce cup. I ordered food for multiple people and it was not a shareable size. If you plan on sharing your order, be sure to call or specify that you need more consome. The Hot Cheeto fries sounded good when reading it, but it's quite inaccurate. You will not get NACHO CHEESE, it's the same melted cheese you find in the quesabirrias. By the time you receive your order, the fries will be soggy from the moisture accumulated in the container. For $10, they aren't giving you much. Do not order them. I can't recommend this place at all. +1 star for upgrading my coke to a bottled coke as they ran out of cans.

First time having this type of taco and was I satisfied. They are a bit greasy/wet or whatever you want to call it but they are tasty. I had it delivered and it was still tasting great. I will stop by the truck one day when it is sunny and open because that area is sketch at night.

I never got to try this place out I wanted however give this place a chance but I think I will just take my business somewhere else they keep cancelling my order and on DoorDash and saying the shop is closed if you don't update your hours then how will customers know. waste of money and time.

Coming from LA, I was expecting more flavor from the meat and at least some onions and cilantro in the quesadilla. The only thing I was able to taste was the slight heat from their marinade but that did not bring out any flavor in the meat itself. I didn't finish the quesadilla I ordered and honestly gave this place a try because Uber eats was still delivering late from their business. If you are starving and want food this will do, but don't come in with high expectations especially if you have a good birria spot you are accustomed to. The guac and chips was decent

Don't get birria tacos or burritos from here. I just came back from getting an order and it's the worst I've ever had. They squeeze the birria meat so that they can package the juice that comes off it. They put this squeezed, dry meat into the burritos in hopes that you don't notice. Please go somewhere else if you don't want to pay more than $20 for one burrito and one taco. And don't get me started with the guacamole. $8 bucks for a avocado with lemon juice. Not worth it either.
