This is an Asian fusion style bakery like 85C or Paris baguette - they had pastries, desserts, cakes and drinks. I particularly liked the strong nutty flavor of their ube latte (you can add an espresso shot as well it has no caffeine by itself). The matcha latte is also good, I liked the tiramisu top (kinda like a cheese foam topping you get a boba shops) too, went very nicely with the not very sweet regular matcha latte. There was a large selection of pastries and breads which I didn't get a chance to try yet, although several looked quite appetizing, ranging from the traditional croissants to taro bread. I preordered the mango cloud cake #3 for a birthday, and the order was ready on time (in fact early), and came with a cake cutter that had matches inside. The mango cloud is pretty good, the cream part is lighter than typical cream from American style cakes, although the cake party itself was quite dry. This seems to be a miss from this location as I had the same cake from the Santa Clara location and it was not like that. My main complaint is that the cakes are quite expensive for the size -- $50 after tax for a regular 8" cake. I'll give them that the cake was beautifully decorated, but a tad too expensive for my preference. The interior of this location was quite nice - good amount of seating, leisure style lounge chairs as well as table seating. Parking can be tricky as it is close to TJ's which always has a lot of foot traffic, but it is a big shared lot in Westgate West so you can always park a bit further away and walk over.

The first comment I left was absolutely out of line and when you requested to have it removed they did because of that but the second comment didn't break any guidelines but you again requested to have it removed because it was a little to honest, and you don't want people knowing you guys use dirty gloves and treat your customers and child employees badly. You personally, as a business, cannot remove the comments but you sure can request to have them removed, and that's exactly what you've been doing because you don't want people knowing the truth and thats really frustrating as a customer who saw first hand ho you guys treat people and your employees and im not the only one who has complained about you guys not using gloves. If I used dirty gloves to serve my customers and treated my employees and customers badly id want the comment removed as well! I get it but its not okay. This will now be the third time I've left this comment because it keeps getting removed, and that's not fair. I will continue to repost it because customers deserve to know the truth. I went to this bakery very excited to try a new spot, but I ended up leaving really upset. We ordered two coffees for a total of about $10. A child, no older than 15, took our order. I ordered a honey lavender latte and had to repeat it three different times, so I assumed he understood what to make. A few minutes later, he handed me a honey lavender matcha latte instead. I politely told him that wasn't what I ordered and repeated my order again. He looked at me blankly, with attitude, clearly not understanding. He asked another coworker for help, but they didn't assist him, so he just stood there, confused. After waiting several minutes and seeing no progress, I went back up and reminded him of my order, encouraging him to ask someone for help. He continued giving me dirty looks and doing nothing. Eventually, the owner came over, moving quickly around him while making other drinks. It was clear she was frustrated, but she didn't stop to help resolve the issue. At this point, I'd been waiting nearly fifteen minutes. When I went up to explain the situation to her, I was understandably frustrated but not rude. Still, her attitude made it obvious she could barely tolerate the interaction. What shocked me most was watching her reach her gloved hand into the garbage can, pull out a receipt, shake it in the young employee's face, and scold him--all while continuing to make other customers' drinks with the same dirty gloves that had just been in the trash. Eventually, my drink was remade, but the experience left a terrible impression. Between the disrespect I felt from both the young employee and the owner, and the unsanitary behavior I witnessed, I will not be returning. Frankly, I don't believe the children working there are even of legal working age, and the lack of training and professionalism is very concerning. I give this place six months at best if things don't change. You can keep removing my review, but I'll keep reposting it. I have every right to share my honest experience, and I'll continue to take screenshots as proof that my review is being deleted. Customers deserve transparency.

I really liked this place! The pastries were excellent-- I got the croque monsieur, the rice ball donut, strawberry cloud donut, soft milk roll, garlic and cheese croissant, the curry croquette, and a honey lavender iced matcha latte. The croque monsieur is essentially a grilled cheese with I believe a slice of ham inside, and it was SO good warmed up!! Probably my favorite item of the bunch, I'll definitely be getting this again. The rice ball donut had an excellent texture and I believe was filled with a subtle red bean filling--I'm not a big red bean person but even I liked this. The strawberry cloud donut was so good I didn't get a picture, lol--the cream to donut ratio was really great, I hate donuts with too much cream. The cream itself was a light strawberry whipped cream and wasn't heavy or sickeningly sweet--it was great! The strawberry on top wasn't very ripe but not a big deal. The curry croquette was soooo good... the breading itself was lightly seasoned and was so good by itself I wouldn't mind eating just that, but the curry filling is great!! Super flavorful and seasoned spectacularly, I'm not familiar on traditional south Asian curry but I feel like this hits the mark pretty well, it's clearly a different set of flavorings and seasonings than their other items and it's so good. I was really, really pleased with this one! The soft milk bread roll was alright--not particularly my thing, but I'm sure others would like it. It just wasn't as strong of a pastry as the others were. It's a soft, tiny milk bread baguette roll filled with a lot of cream. Too much cream for me and not much other flavoring going on. The honey lavender matcha latte was easily the most disappointing of the items I got--it tastes mostly of milk and nothing else. Lavender especially is a very strong flavor, but I don't get much of that at all. I'm not sure if the lack of matcha flavor is due to a lesser quality matcha or if their matcha solution is too diluted (their matcha was premixed in a bottle) but it just wasn't great, unfortunately. The prices here were actually surprising! Going somewhere like Paris baguette and getting the items I got would have been $50+, which I was honestly expecting, but my total came out to $36 including 18% tip. Their service was, honestly, 3 star worthy, but I don't want to bring the overall rating down for that. There were two younger and I'm assuming very new people working and an older woman working--the two younger people were having a rough time getting the hang of things, and the older woman was rushing around trying to take care of everything. I felt bad because she looked fairly stressed :( I think they just need some more training. The younger barista crumpled up my receipt by accident so I ended up having to ask for my drink again, and the younger cashier was having a bit of a rough time at the register but they were both trying their best! I definitely recommend this place because the pastries are great, the prices are great, and I went in at 3:45 pm and they still had a pretty good selection to choose from with everything still tasting and feeling fresh! Just maybe go in with a little patience. I'll be coming back to try more!!

I was up early on Sunday and noticed the newly opened Tous Les Jours was already open (6am-9pm) so I grabbed my keys and off I went. Located in the Westgate West shopping center near Trader Joe's sits this adorable new bakery. The first thing I noticed was how bright and inviting the clear glass cases trimmed in gold were. It was pretty early so I wasn't surprised that I was the only customer gazing at the goodies and trying to decide which ones were going to come home with me. Sadly many of the trays were still empty. Here's what I got: TIRAMISU LATTE - tasted like a basic mocha and wasn't very warm ALMOND CROISSANT - light and flaky but hardly any cream filling RAISIN SPIRAL - lovely dunked in my latte. SPINACH & CHEESE PASTRY - this was probably my favorite but lacked flavor to me. RED BEAN PASTE BREAD - light and airy but not my favorite. Pros- Beautiful New Bakery Excellent Customer Service Open Early Lots of options listed online customer service ambiance early hours Cons- Cases weren't full Didn't see the tongs so I thought I had to use my fingers to pull items out of the case. Hot coffee wasn't "hot" Flavors were to mild for me Looking forward to coming back to try more savory options and updating my review.

Such a cute cafe, and clean! Compared to the Fremont location, this place is a lot more inviting and the variety of pastries and desserts are wider! Service is decent, but man they charge for every small bag! Love the soft breads and croissants here!

I got a 16oz tiramisu latte, a croquet monsieur, and banana soft bread. All three items were so delicious. I ordered from DoorDash and it got here quickly so I know they had packed my order and made my drink with fast service. All items were also packed really well. The tiramisu latte is really good because, while it is sweet; it isn't overpowering and you can still taste their espresso, which is quite smooth. The milk options are oat milk, soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk. I chose almond milk so it added that nutty almond flavor too. I'm not familiar with these kinds of milks but I think I'd try a different one next time. I'm more of a cow milk kind of gal but sometimes subbing is worth it. The croquet monsieur was good heated up, I had never tried one before and I have a very good first impression. The cheese used is rich and flavorful and the bread is nice and soft inside but isn't soggy. The cheese also isn't super greasy so that's cool. The sweet filled banana milk bread is really good. It reminded me of the banana lady taffy flavor. Very very sweet. It's airy and soft and fluffy, just so good. They have other flavors of this too like strawberry and I can't wait to try it. The milk bread and fluffy buttercream are a tweet tooth dream.

***USP: French Asian bakery similar to Paris baguette and 85c. Lot of cakes, breads, pies and other baked goods. ***AMBIANCE & LOCATION: very spacious, airy and bright. Plenty of indoor seating as well. This place is where Mod pizza was previously, right next to Trader Joe's in the west gate west complex. ***FOOD: been here twice already as we loved what we got on our first visit. The goodies from our second visit were not an impressive but decent nonetheless. Curry croquettes: the delectable curry flavor encased in a crispy wrapper was delicious. I guess the croquettes were fresh when we got them the first time, the second time was not as magical. Chocolate fudge: was decadent but too heavy for comfort, will avoid the next time. Spinach feta danish: it can benefit from a little time in the toaster or airfryer but decent nonetheless. Chocolate muffin: pillowy soft with huge chunks of melted chocolate goodness. Must try if you love chocolate.

We stopped by "Tous Les Jours" after lunch, since they were having their grand opening. It's very similar to an "85 Degrees" café. They had a wide variety of pastries that looked amazing. They also have whole cakes and cakes by the slice, as well as coffees and teas. When you first walk in, there is an area where you can grab a tray and line it with paper and get a set of tongs to grab the items you want. We picked 8 different pastries to take home and try. We chose the lemon cloud donut, mixed berry danish, guava danish, yuzu pie, almond croissant, sweet cheese and blueberry pastry pie , soboro, and blueberry cream cheese bread. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. And the inside is very fresh and clean with plenty of seating. You can get a free coffee mug if you spend $25 or a free umbrella if you spend $35 during their grand opening. So far we have tried the yuzu and sweet cheese blueberry pie pastry and they were both delicious.
