Their egg coffee is consistently good!! Honestly, I feel like that is such an underrated statement but I have never had a bad cup of egg coffee here. Kudos for getting such a key thing right! Waffles have a great crisp but lack strong pandan flavor.

With this coffee house being one of MANY located here in Vietnam Town, you really gotta shine to stay afloat and I can absolutely confirm this place is gonna be here to stay... Trung Nguyen Legend prides themselves in setting themselves apart by growing their own beans in Vietnam, they care for the environment by focusing on sustainable & renewable agriculture. A jack of all trades, this coffee company offers whole roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, instant coffee, & coffee in pod form. Purchases: *Vietnamese Egg Coffee *Tiramisu Latte *Lychee Green Tea The drinks were delicious. The egg coffee hits you with a massive punch from the deliciously bold coffee and mellows out when you have a sip of the thick, frothy egg cream. The tiramisu is more of a tamed level of caffeine- this drink is creamy and well balanced. Definitely a better choice for those who are not familiar with traditional Vietnamese slow drip coffee. The lychee green tea was brewed perfectly- nothing overpoweringly bitter yet the tea flavor shined through the lychee floral-ly sweetness. I'd come back specifically for this tea. Extra points because TNL serves 12 different variants of Thien Huong's banh mi. 5/5 stars for the products being severed and the overall experience.

Found out about this place through IG. I saw online that they serve bahn mi, so husband and I decided to go here for lunch to try their coffee and bahn mi. We walked in and were greeted. This place has an upscale feel which I like! Unfortunately when we arrived they were no longer serving bahn mi, which I thought was interesting because it was only 2pm. The lady said they were sold out for the day. That was a bummer because I was looking forward to it. Anyways, I ordered the egg coffee. The coffee was STRONG! Very bold and slightly bitter (for me) It had way more ice than coffee.. but once most of the ice melted, it balanced the drink out. Wish I had a little more of the egg topping especially for the price. Overall it was just OK. Don't think it was worth $7.95

They share a bathroom with the com tam place next door which was actually super spacious and clean. If you love pandan you MUST try the Pandan Lotus Seed Tea! Yummy drinks for a special gathering! Presentation is cute and I like the Pandan Lotus Tea! Not too sweet and a light herbal flavor. The cream on top is super thick and creamy! My date also got the latte and enjoyed it. Cute latte art, but a small portion for price. A little expensive, but it's a nice ambiance and plating. Overall, I would recommend it!

It's robust, full-bodied, and keeps you awake for hours--exactly how Vietnamese coffee should be. Great ambiance, too. Clean setup, friendly staff, and a peaceful vibe that balances out the caffeine jolt. If you're someone who respects a good, proper coffee that doesn't hold back--this place is a hidden gem. It's should be more popular than it is and great place to study despite having so many options in this plaza

There's a huge selection of coffees and teas here! The server was really nice and explained what the difference between the few Vietnamese coffees was. This Viet coffee was darker and more watery than what I'm used to, so I added more condensed milk to mine. That's something I haven't seen at any coffee shop before! They have a station for you to add more condensed milk yourself! Overall, this is a nice, spacious cafe with a large variety of coffee and tea offerings. It also seems like a great space to pull out your laptop and get some work done while sipping on strong coffee.

We tried the egg coffee and the lychee tea today and it was good. The lychee tea was refreshing and on the little bit sweet side for me. There's lychee inside the tea too. The egg coffee was strong and just the way my husband liked it. Service is quick after ordering. We ordered Togo but there's lots of seatings to sit and enjoy the ambiance of the place. Would come back here again!

If you're hanging out with a large group and you're looking for a place with a spacious patio, check out Trung Nguyen Legend. I tried the iced coffee with coconut cream and iced egg coffee. The iced coffee with coconut cream had a hint of coconut. As for the iced egg coffee, it was strong, but I wish it was a little bit more creamy. Their ice machine is great because my ice took forever to melt in my drink which was good. I don't like my coffee watered down. Might come back to try some other drinks in the future.
