I paid with a credit card and booked my reservation. And from my understanding in the email of the confirmation, gratuity was not supposed to be added to my bill. I typically like to give cash as a tip. I tipped my driver in cash and then I got an email with more than what I paid for when I booked my reservation. I never authorized them to add gratuity. So essentially I paid twice for the tip. The service was good and they were prompt, but I will not use this company again. Check your statements to make sure the numbers match, if you have already booked this company. It's not about the money at this point, it's the principle. *update* I reached out to the company and they refunded me that second tip. I think they need to do a better job of keeping track of the tips and the system.

I have used Marwan's service for 10 years and he has really been the best. I offer anyone here to please contact me personally if you need a recommendation. After a long cramped flight it's great to stretch out in a nice big clean comfortable car. No small compacts here - either Town Car or A8 or equivalent. Drivers are extremely nice and Marwan is always on top of things - he also does the drives himself too. Always communicative with text messages - if you have iMessage you'll even get it on the plane with wifi. They track your return flight and timing. It is well worth paying for this rather than the popular "ride sharing" services of the day. One of the other well known and famous "real-time" services has sent me a driver in a tiny car who got lost going to the airport! No such problems here - I don't miss my flights with these guys. I have been so happy with the service on business travel that I have used him many times on personal travel as well. Especially if you live in Santa Clara county, the "regular" taxis hit you with "double-rate" cross-county taxi fees for SFO - whereas with Marwan you pay less, get a better car, and have someone you can trust. I have even had him pick up a younger family member traveling alone late at night and bring her to my house - I would not trust many people do that. Due to regulations you do have to book in advance. But if you're taking a flight you're booking in advance anyway, so just do it at the same time. Regarding the person who mentioned tips - I love the fact that it's included. I don't ever have the right type of change for tips. Half the time I have foreign currency in my wallet. It is much more convenient to include tips because then I can expense it easily - cash tips are really hard to keep track of and how would you give a proper receipt of that to your employer for reimbursement? With this service the PDF is automatically emailed to me and I upload it into our Oracle system. Perfect. Regarding the person who mentioned return trips - it is very convenient to have that scheduled with flight number that they track. If there is a change a simple email will fix it. Marwan is very quick to respond to emails and also responds by phone when timing is tight. Just this past weekend - being January - I had to enter my new credit card for business use. I sent an email and he called right back and took the information and booking. For all the claims of "automation" and "app economy" I really feel the next wave is the "personal economy". I am tired of automated apps with no people behind them and no understanding of what the customer is doing or why they're doing it. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but maybe what's old is new again. Marwan gives personalized service and is willing to work by emails and phone calls, and understands the business workflow of what I need to be efficient in my highly travel-oriented job. For that I give him the highest of marks. Thank you Marwan for all the great service all these years.

There was a complete lack of communication, resulting in my party (two senior citizens) and I having to wait nearly an hour - outside no less. In a day of smartphones, GPS, and real time traffic - this is completely unnecessary. I think that had I received better information, this wouldn't be a one star review. However, I didn't - so I couldn't plan accordingly and my entire party had to wait without knowing what was going on.

I have used 101 Limousine for Bay Area airport transportation multiple times, and highly recommend! Their reservation process is seamless, their drivers are always on time and knowledgeable of the local area to get us there on time- if not early. The cars are also immaculate. We've used 101 Limousine since it's very beginning. One might say we are "charter members." Recently, we used San Jose International Airport for domestic flights, and the service of 101 Limousine is as usual impeccable. Rather than wait on the arrival curbside, the driver is there at the baggage pickup and zips us home. The drivers are always courteous and drive with caution. Once a driver called-in to Marwan and couldn't make the pickup. Marwan picked us up in a timely manner in his personal SUV. What a guy ! All in all, my wife and I highly recommend this limousine service.
