2 very professional and experienced technicians arrived within the scheduled appointment time. Received a  courtesy call prior to their arrival. Once here, they unclogged my sink drain efficiently and quickly. Cleaned up and disposed of all the debris collected from the clog. Also, took the time to answer questions I had along with suggestions on how to maintain the flow of my sink periodically. And on top of that… they give Senior Discounts! Will definitely call Whistle Plumbing again.

They were communicative throughout the process, clearly explaining what needed to be done without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Whistle plumbing was very efficient and responsive. Sent me a photo of the worker with real time anrrival updates. They addressed the problem accurately and with photos and gave clear definition of what was needed. A very friendly group and a very fair price.

Paul is great and knowledgeable about the subject. I called to get a 2nd opinion, and I am glad I did. He was honest and gave a true estimate for the work of installing a water detection device.

Job well done.
Little hick-up at payment time.  Asking for a 3.5% fee on credit card payment on a bill already exceeding $2,000.  To go around this, they say they would take a check instead and wait two or three days to deposit it to allow for fund transfer on my end.  said ok and wrote a check.
They actually cashed the check immediately and I had to do an rush transfer to cover for the check after getting an overdraft notice from my bank.   Not cool.  Unfortunate it ended like this.
