Had a great experience at this place. I ordered the chicken pesto lasagna and it came with soup. Affordable price for the food. The food was really tasty and had lot of flavor, had some extra cheese and the pesto taste was amazing.  Soup was amazing with the bread too. Nice atmosphere and peaceful environment to have a dine in. Customer service was great.

I went on a weekday afternoon and it was empty. There were two people talking, but they didn't immediately acknowledge me and I wasn't sure if they worked there, or if the place was open. One of them eventually took my order, then told me I could sit anywhere. The wine and beer section on the menu is crossed out and when I asked about wine, they said no, which makes me think they lost their license.
I got the veggie lasagna, which was brought out with no silverware or anything for a minute. The lasagne was good, and it came with a loaf of bread which was delicious.
So, decent food but a weird experience.

This is the second time I have tried Prontos’s for pizza.

Each time I ordered a pizza adding artichoke hearts.

Each time I have received artichoke leaves and maybe two small hearts when I requested the whole pizza.

The delivery time is an hour or more from Grand St, 1.5 miles from my hotel, and the pizza is luke warm.

You will also have to sign up for qMenu which is easy enough to make an online order for delivery. Simple app but the tracking of the orders needs work.

There is something to be said about a hot pizza with the toppings you expect to see for $2.25 per additional topping.
The flavor of the pizza is spot on, tasty crust and sauce.

They have a wide selection of items other than pizza which I may try next....

The third time is the charm, the delivery time was much faster, driver was super nice, respectful, and grateful for the tip.

Prontos put an adequate amount of artichoke hearts this time and as always the flavor is spot on!

Whoever said the lasagna compared to Peppinos must have been stoned!
Not even sure what kind of meat was in there. It was mostly grease.
And for the price, $15 it was much smaller than expected. And the taste was definitely below average.
Even the garlic bread was kind of a joke.
Disappointed.
If you want good lasagna and there's a Maggiano's anywhere near you go there! They give you one serving to eat and one to take home for the same price.
