Service: Such a friendly staff that was so helpful and even gave us free cookies, as they were closing out! Food: I would not get their veggie sandwich again but their dip sandwich again! The dip sandwich has such good sweet onions which paired wonderfully with the dip!

My first time at Crust Sourdough Deli at 2350 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054. I arrived with my friend and found the whole restaurant to be very clean, including the restrooms. The deli case displayed Boar's Head Meat which looked very appetizing. They had sourdough rolls which were fantastic (no other breads available). I had the Turkey/Pastrami sandwich with chips and a drink. So fresh, such quality-absolute yum. They primarily make sandwiches but special salads are available. I liked it so much, I brought a sandwich home for my wife-who raved about how good it was. The manager was so nice and friendly, as was all the staff. He told me they had opened around 3 years ago in this industrial complex primarily serving the local work force in the area and only open M-F, 8 AM to 3 PM. Although not a chain, there are at least four other locations in the bay area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Deli!

Came here last week for a Yelp event and couldn't resist coming back today! The bread is so fresh on the sandwiches and the cheese is good quality. I love the 3 cheese ultimate and everything that they put on it. The spicy mayo is also very flavorful but not spicy. They have pickles and peppers individually wrapped on the counter. Love the dill pickle spears. You can also purchase bottled drinks, salads, chips, or cookies. Service is very quick and they are friendly. There is lots of seating inside and it is clean. Parking is right in front if you are going to be there for less than 15 minutes. There are a few vegetarian options and have outside seating if you bring your furry friend. Can't wait to come back with mine!

Everything about this place is 5 stars! The employee who helped me was so kind, the shop is massive and super clean, and my sandwich was fantastic. Their sourdough bread is so good! The perfect combo of crunchy and soft. So flavorful and delicious. The sandwich was packed with fresh deli meats and even fresher veggies. The option to add spicy mustard was a nice touch. So many places to sit and even a nice lounge area in the back. I will definitely be visiting CRUST again!

House made sourdough bread is top tier here. I had a random craving for their sourdough bread and just had to get my fix. I dropped by during what would be considered, "lunch hour", and it was pretty dead. While it was fairly spacious inside and looked like it could accommodate quite a few parties, there were only two other parties there besides me. I had gone here before and ordered the Spicy Turkey sandwich based on the recommendation of the gal taking orders at the time. That sandwich turned me off so much because the pepper flavor profile was way too overwhelming; don't come for me, I'm not huge on overly peppered food. Since that time, it's been a year and a half when I last ordered from CRUST. I learned my lesson and went with a basic sandwich: 1. Oven Roasted Turkey with Cheese. I mean, they can't mess up something as basic as this, right? Let me tell you, they did not let me down nor disappoint this time around. The turkey was fresh, the provolone cheese was bomb, and the bread of course was even better. I docked one star since it's pricey for what you get; one sandwich alone costs $15! You can also get a dill pickle and peppers all packaged up on the side which is pretty nice. I can honestly say I will be making a trip back here again for my sandwich needs. I know now that not every sandwich is created equal.

This is a cute little sandwich place underneath a office building. I ordered the Crust Hot Pastrami with extra lettuce, the bread was warm and chewy, the sandwich was flavorful, I would get it again. Service was pretty quick especially for a friday lunch rush. The restaurant is deeper than I expected, there is additional seating area along the outskirts of the restaurant. I think that there is great potential to add pastries/coffee so people can spend the afternoon there and work from there. There is no soda fountain, so you will need to purchase the individual cans at the register. Parking is limited, as it is primarily street parking only, be aware of the no parking zones.

Clean and well-furnished location next to a corporate park, good for a quick lunch stop. They have lots of tables in the front and outside, and couches in the back for a cozy coffee experience. I got the pastrami sandwich and it was decent - The meat was good but there wasn't a lot of it, and I thought the bread was a little dense.

One of my fav sandwiches in the bay! Ordered two signature sandwiches at $12.99 ea, and a bag of chips $2.69. -turkey pesto -the royal (turkey, pastrami) Love the sourdough bread and freshness of ingredients here! Yelp check in for a cookie. I got the chocolate mac nut, and it is very good! Parking spaces in the garage next door. Spaces are very tight...beware. This location has a ton of seating inside! They do have an issue with water being available...had to ask staff a few times to fill up, but didn't really have the time to do so. Ended up giving me a container from the fridge, but it was leaking everywhere.

We used to like ordering this place but not anymore. We paid $42 for 2 hot pastrami sandwiches that was so sloppy and unappetizing. It came only with pickle .

Came here on the way in to Santa Clara for a work trip. The space is a decent size. Very easy to order. It was pretty empty when I arrived. A few people came in with orders or ordered at the counter. I ordered the pastrami sandwich. Very tasty, not too salty. I'll definitely be back. I love a quality sandwich
