Pleasant stay [Santa Clara CA] Booked this hotel over the weekend, about 4 miles drive from the Levi's Stadium, we were here for the Niners game against Atlanta Falcons. The hotel lobby is very nice and spacious, plenty of lounge areas. Registration was fast and easy. Great customer service and we got a free upgrade to a suite on the 3rd floor. Our room was clean with a living space area and a comfortable King bed. Slept like a baby. Bathroom is spacious inside and shower had good water pressure. There are two on-site restaurants and a bar/lounge, coffee shop/cafe. Breakfast is available. There is also a beautiful garden onsite. The flatscreen TV's have an option to watch regular TV, stream, or login your media and access your content. Hubby liked this feature. We would stay here again... let's go, Niners! Review #3940

Comfy and spacious. We had a suite. Amenities were great as-well. We purchased some beverages down stairs. There was a parking fee. It was a bit confusing because we were there for an event and it was supposed to be comps but my family said we had to register and put a card on file. Veda were comfortable and everyone was very helpful and personable.

A very enjoying work trip. I stayed in the tower suite for 2 days on the 2nd floor. I have status and requested a room away from the elevator. Before heading up, I was told there's a pantry that I can go in with my key card and enjoyed the snacks in there. Definitely a huge variety of drinks, coffee, snacks, fruits, pastries. At any hour of the day. I was able to grab some bottled water. This is so appreciated since when I'm on a work trip, I usually forget to go buy or get it on the way to the hotel. Hotel lobby and open restaurant area are so modern. Loving the high ceiling. My room is quite big. The bedroom is separate from the living room and the bathroom. As it's been renovated, they did a nice job. Luckily no loud noises and I was able to enjoy sleep away from home for both nights. Parking is ample in front and around the bldg. Front desk and those at the cafe area provided good service from 6am to late in the night.

I had dinner at the Lucas Lounge at Delta Hotels by Marriott and was truly impressed. The espresso martini was perfectly crafted, and the ribeye with frites was outstanding tender, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. No extra salt needed it simply melted in your mouth. A MUST try combo

Stayed here to visit family and attend a graduation. The staff was very friendly and kind. The room we stayed in was clean, and the bed was so comfy! I had no trouble falling asleep. We tried out the breakfast as well, which was very good. There's also a pool and a gym here. Overall, I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Delta Hotel was only made better by the kind staff. I had a fast turnaround and I am grateful for the opportunity to Printing my script. Barry was kind and easy to work with and calmed my nerves as no one really operates in paper anymore especially in the very digital Silicon Valley! I love that the gym has a ton of cardio machines and is open 24 hours. Thank you Delta your bedding is extraordinary and your lobby bar staff is very kind and accommodating.

This hotel is beautifully remodeled inside! The lobby is spacious and airy, and rooms are decently sized with modern and themed decor. There are several wings of the hotel, so make sure to check for directions to your specific room. I visited as part of a large conference, and the meeting space was also great. The downside we experienced was with the food - the chef was wonderful and kind, but the catering management and wait staff left much to be desired, especially when it came to allergy-friendly meals. We had to wait over 30 minutes to confirm if certain food items were gluten free and vegan due to incorrect labeling, had to press on several staff members to get food labels (with allergens) added to the catering setup - something that I've seen standard in all other conference hotels - and experienced a pretty ridiculous chain of staff just to get answers to simple questions, like getting a refill on a dish. We'd ask one person who would leave, then never hear back, ask another person, get someone else from the staff out from the back who didn't know the answer, and so on until we could finally speak with someone who could help. Ultimately, things improved after several meals and discussions with staff, but they did not seem well-prepared for a large banquet setup with any sort of dietary needs.

Good gym, nice breakfast. Rooms outside are loud and not that great. Overall it's not a comfortable place to stay unless you get a room inside the main building. Also for some reason front desk checkin was very rude. Maybe because I was checking in at 11pm? Parking is $30 a night.

Welcome to Silicon Valley $450 a night including $100 pet fee. Whatever, I had an event at work and didn't want to fight early morning traffic. This hotel has that wow factor every hotel strives for: the lobby. It is a big, modern, bright, open floor plan that you have effortless flow from one area to the other. Front desk to restaurant to fireplace seating to television viewing area to quiet nook seating. This was really nice. Dogs are welcome for a $100 fee in case your doggie doesn't have papers. My room did not smell like it was for pets - excellent! The room was visibly clean, the bed was nice, and the tv was big- all the comforts you need to feel good. The pool is really cute with music and whatever you need to go for a splash splash. Convenient lot parking. Constructive Criticism: Not all handicaps are visible. I have MS. Walking up the stairs to my room carrying my stuff and my dog in stroller was a lot. It's nice to have accessibility without it being an entire conversation. I asked if there was an elevator to my room. No, there wasn't. That was all I was comfortable saying to the front desk. Paying for parking at check in and then going back out to put the paper on my car dash has always irritated me. It's really inconvenient and when you have a hard time walking it's annoying. There is a restaurant on premise but no in-room dining I would have ordered so much if this convenience was an option. It would be great if Marriott offered discounts when you show your work badge. Maybe this should be a wish and not a critique. Did I dislike my stay? No. I actually liked it despite some of the constructive critiques. Now that you know what impositions I experienced you can make plans to work around them and enjoy your stay. Convenient location, they allow pets, the front desk was really friendly - I say yes to all of that!

Upon check in our experience was like nothing I have ever dealt with in my many years of travel. I am an Elite Gold member and was treated like garbage, literally. Samara should NOT be in the hospitality industry. All future reservations at this particular hotel will be canceled and we will never book here again. This one is a franchise so likely has a lot to do with the mismanagement.
