Saw someone on Reddit say Noah's has the best bagels in bay area, so came to check it out. I'd agree! Texture of the bagel was very on point. I was on my way to somewhere else this time but next time I'll make sure to buy a half dozen home. Now onto the ugly. I got ham & swiss on my bagel and the ingredients were just pathetic. Eggs were overly salty and the whole thing (except for the actual bagel dough) tasted like they came from cheap motel breakfast buffets. Also they didn't have sesame bagels. I was there Sunday around 9:30AM. They said it'd be a 30min wait. What bagel shops don't have sesame bagels lying around at all times?!

Completely Ignored - Unacceptable Customer Service I walked in and there were about seven workers behind the counter. I stood in the order line clearly waiting to be helped, but not one person acknowledged me. I understand they were busy with online orders, but that's no excuse to ignore customers standing right in front of them. After a few minutes, another woman walked in and stood behind me. To my disbelief, one of the workers looked up, ignored me entirely, and asked the woman behind me if she had a pickup or mobile order. How rude and unprofessional. I had been waiting patiently and was never even greeted. It took over three minutes before someone finally asked if I had been helped -- by that point, the poor service had already left a bad impression. This level of disregard for in-person customers is unacceptable. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way, but instead I felt completely invisible.

What can improve is own up to mistake. Cashier didn't prepare a Medium Mocha, I was charged, which was my bad as well. I am owning up to that. So once had left the area, (not planning to return), it dawned on me, my coffee. So I called, spoke to Jesse. He tried to figure how to void or refu d. He said I would have to talk to the manager who was gone. To call back "tomorrow." Saturday, spoke to Manager Diane Sorandez, she said any refund, I would have to come in, which if I lived in area, that would of been sufficient, however, not the case. A refund was ain order. She said any credit to debit would have needed to be made yesterday. Well, that's on her, her staff should have notified her. My point was I did attempt to notify of not receiving the product. In fact, the cashier even acknowledged not preparing it. So, a bad review for starters. Any owed, should be refund. Bad policy! Bad Review! Make sure you receive all your products, as employees are forgetful. Manager, pockets refunds.

Love the 6 cheese bagel, ordering was straightforward on the app -- only thing is that you have to contact corporate to load gift cards on to your account. Service was nice, love the coffee deals as well.

Today I came into Noah's bagels to redeem my birthday reward. First I was helped by a gentleman who wanted to help me properly so he connected with his manager to make it happen. He was very kind in the process, and at the end of everything the woman who prepared my drink, upgraded me to a large simply because I was celebrating my birthday. I'm very grateful for that kindness because right now I have been struggling with mental health and little kindness like this can really change someones day. So thank you very much. With that being said given my experience today, I would recommend this space if you're looking for some yummy bagels/ food.

Came here for a quick breakfast before a day with friends. Arrived in the plaza and found parking around 9:55 am on a Saturday morning. Not many people dining but a lot of people doing mobile pickup. There's tables scattered about and full staff working. There's a bathroom available and you need to ask the key from the staff. I didn't have to wait to order; I tried their new double stack and it was done in about 7-10 minutes. I was very happy with the quality of my bagel sandwich. Hot, fresh, and lots of meat. The bun was crispy and juicy. Very filling and delicious. Good experience.

I've been coming to Noah's bagels since I was a kid and hadn't had it in a while until today. It's just as delicious as the last time I had it. I got their farmhouse sandwich on a jalapeño and cheddar bagel. That sandwich was filling and just enough to get me super full, I did get it with two eggs.

Bagels are amazing - 5 stars for sure. But the coffee is no good. Go to Starbucks next door instead. First time here. I ordered an ice coffee and asked for the syrup sweetener. They said they didn't have any, just the sugar packets. Like dude. Sugar doesn't dissolve in ice coffee!!! Like I'll pay for the syrup by goodness. They have caramel and vanilla flavored ice coffee. Sheesh!! And I ordered the fruit cereal and they gave me the strawberry twist. Like how hard can this be!! Service sucks I'd rather go somewhere else.
