Crispy, cheesy tacos with rich birria and savory consomé for dipping. Widely recommended--definitely worth trying. There aguas frescas are amazing can never go wrong on a hot day, or any day at all tbh. Vibe & Service Friendly, fast, and fresh. Good outdoor setup and solid parking. People love the energy and often come back.

You can find this colorful, pink truck in the parking lot of Guitar Center on Stevens Creek! They've also got some tables and seats so you can enjoy your food there, if you'd like. What was ordered: + Cabeza tacos - 10/10; AMAZING flavor and paired so well with their homemade tortilla. A must get! + Al pastor taco - 9/10; The flavor was great and they even have pineapples included, which I loved. Also got this on their homemade tortilla. + Lengua taco - 8/10; the flavor was decent but I felt like it could've had a little more to it. + Carne asada taco - 7.5/10; the meat was a bit dry but overall decent Their orange and pink sauces are SPICY. I ended up using the green sauce for most of my tacos but the orange sauce was my favorite, though it made my mouth feel like it was on fire. Highly recommend stopping by here to get your taco fix! They're also women owned, women run and insanely kind people!

WOW! So happy to finally have an authentic and VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY taco spot close by. Aurelia was amazing! She answered all of my questions (no lard in the beans and no chicken broth in the rice) all while providing the best customer service. Her friendly vibes make you feel like you are family showing up to her house. You could also tell she has a lot of regulars. I ordered the cheese quesadilla on handmade corn tortillas with a side of rice and beans. The tomatillo and avocado salsa are delicious. Orange is good if you like a kick! My partner had the Birria burrito and loved it, it was huge too! Her portions are a great value! She has a little patio set up so bring you furry friend too!

A little disappointed with the chicken burrito we ordered. It was bland. It seemed too cheesy which was blocking out the other flavors. It was pretty huge though

SOOOOOO GOOD! Probably my favorite taco truck ever! The handmade tortillas and the flavorful meat ... yum my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I guess ill be visiting again soon haha. highly recommend

Wanted to try a new taco truck and this one did not disappoint! One of the best taco trucks I've definitely tried here in San Jose. I would recommend calling ahead and ordering because it sometimes gets busy. The lady was super nice and there is also some seating areas in front. I tried the red tacos and those were probably the best. The lengua is absolutely delicious and the tripas were crispy. Definitely will be coming back!

I was pretty dang sure I wrote a review for this place already, but HWAT-IN-TARNATIONS! Beautiful People. Amazing Service. HWAT MORE COULD YA ASK FOR?! So yeah, this is my favourite freaking mexican place on the planet now. And truuuuuuust homie, I've been to Mexico! :D Well, there was that one Michelin Star place en La Ciudad de México, but that's different bro! Let's just say this place should be getting a star any time cuz it's thaaat gooood! And lemme tell ya what I love about this food that Mexico most certainly can't deliver, or maybe I should say this place doesn't deliver and Mexico delivers way too much of... Yeah, you probably know where I'm going with this ;) And if you can't figure it out, I'm talking about RAGING EXXXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA. ^_________^ Quesabirria are the best ;)

Overall, the food was alright. I've had much better tacos elsewhere. If there were no other taco stands nearby and I was starving I would come back. However, if I had to choose, I would not come back here. Food: (2.5/5) Al Pastor Taco ($4) - The meat was under seasoned and flavorless. I had to add a lot of salsa verde for there to be any taste. Though, their salsa verde was delicious and is the reason why I could finish it. They were also very generous with the additional toppings but be warned the pickled onions were very spicy. (3.5/5) Quesabirria ($5) - Absolutely delicious. My favorite item that they had there and I would definitely recommend this. It was very well seasoned and the meat was tender. I didn't get consume but I definitely wish I did, it would have elevated the taco even more. (2.5/5) Nacho Fries ($14) - My friend got this and was disappointed. They got asada as their meat of choice and it was also under seasoned and flavorless. The fries tasted like they were from McDonalds except it was soggy and seemed like it had been left out for some time. Service: (5/5) The service was great. The woman serving us was extremely friendly. She even gave us the mango chili lollipop, though only 2 of 4 of my party actually received it.
