New pho restaurant in Santa Clara! I always like trying new pho restaurants around me so I decided to visit Pho To Chau 999. It's relatively new and there are lots of seating available. The service is nice and friendly, quick to help as well. I ordered their Toi Bo Vien (#11 rare steak & meatballs) and they definitely did not skimp out on the protein! This is a personal preference, but I loved how much green onion and cilantro was in my soup as well. The broth was delicious and it did not taste fatty! Their fresh noodles are also really soft and it makes a great bite. They have an extensive menu with many things to choose from, even if you do not want pho. This is definitely my new go to pho restaurant if I am craving pho and do not want to far from home!

Service is okay, I has to ask to order and get more water. I had 5 and my son had 21 and it was delish. The broth is the best broth. We ordered boba smoothies which came out after we finished eating. Service was fast, and the inside is clean and well organized. We had the fried egg rolls (SG1), and I had the Phở Chay ("vegetarian soup" entree on the menu, #29). The egg rolls were good, but the vegetarian pho was not bad or good... taste was just a basic vegetable soup with a few pieces of tofu. The price is the same as the pho with meat, so it is a bad deal. Maybe the traditional pho is better. Otherwise, prices are typical for pho restaurants in the area. I asked about cash discount, but there does not seem to be one (that is, no difference between paying with cash or credit card).

waiters/servers are rude! Especially the girl. I dinned in and was the only customer there and yet it took 30 minutes to prep the food. The lady is sooo rude. I even saw her touching and scratching her but and didnt even wash her but touched the vegetables they serve. What could you imporove? Improve your customer service. You are in a restaurant setting, at least try to be professional and be nice. If you cant, just close the store. I hope the owner or manager can read this. Even the guy/server with the mustache/beard is not even smiling. Like do you have your period or somethuing? Your food is pricey at least try to compensate it with good service

I was very impressed by the pho dac biet! I lived in socal for a few years and have been trying to find a place that could compare to the pho shops ive had there. The broth tasted very authentic and portion was massive. I thought the spring rolls were decent, but not anything special. I personally wouldn't get the vietnamese coffee from here again though as something about it didn't hit the way it's supposed to, so it's not worth $6. I would still love to come back for the pho dac biet! Service was good too! Very friendly staff.

We made the audible to go out to eat for dinner and decided to give this place a shot! There wasn't anyone to greet us or seat us, but after a few minutes someone came out and the food we ordered came out mere minutes after! Look at these photos - just stunning The pho is very savory, not too salty, and absolutely hits the spot. A bit pricier than we'd like for the portion size, but we will be back at some point to try more of the menu. They earned their spot in the clean bowl club

Good Pho for me ahaha, I was just randomly craving pho and it was actually really solid. My friend also really liked it and they removed cilantro for her because she has that soap gene. I liked how they didn't overfill the bowl with noodles and for a normal size I was satisfied. The meat was also great . I definitely have to come back to try more food outside of the beef pho. The place looks really nice to like a modern spin on a viet restaurant. On a random weekday they weren't very busy and I would come again. The service good as well. Food didn't take long to come out.

Was on the way to something else and it was around the area and trusted Yelp as this has 4.6 reviews , tho looks newly opened. First of all, it wasn't busy so that's good. But service was slow. I waved a server down and he went away for some reason . Then the other came cuz I was staring at him. Second of all. The food came fast. But they were like kinda blend. The noodles tastes like it was prepped in the bowl so everything was sticking together. Meat was rlly dry, not rare at all ? And it only has one portion of the ox tail tho it was included. Felt like it was a cheapie bowl pho. Prolly won't visit again Oh and the restroom was rlly dirty. Paper towels were out, the seat was super dirty. and for women restroom it was coed and the other one was for men only. Sexist much ? And servers were all standing around not doing much.

Best customer service, and the yummiest pho I've ever had!!! This is my all time favorite and I cannot emphasize this enough! The chicken pho is extremely flavorful and more than enough for one serving. If you're looking for a new favorite pho spot you definitely have to stop by!!

My friend and I came here after the gym on a weekday - it was warm and we wanted some spring rolls. I've been to the location in Mountain View - this spot looked nice and so we decided to try it out. No clue when this shop opened, but it looked very clean and nicely decorated inside. Upon entering, there is a kiosk to order for takeout (or you can order with a staff member). Walking further inside, there is plenty of open seating in very comfortable seats/booths. Everything looked clean and ready to be used. After looking through the menu, we ordered spring rolls and vermicelli bowls - grilled chicken/eggroll for me and grilled pork/eggroll for my friend. The spring rolls came out first - it was delicious. The wrapper was soft and everything was fresh inside. We both enjoyed our vermicelli bowls - lots of fresh ingredients and a yummy eggroll. The noodles were cooked well and the sauce had good umami to it. I ended up taking a lot of the chicken home - plenty of meat per bowl. Staff took our order quickly and food came out quickly. Service was great - our waters were refilled when needed, but we were left to have our conversation. We never felt rushed to order, pay or leave. When it was time to go, someone thoughtfully brought us a box without us asking. Excellent customer service. I will definitely come back to try more of the items, as they looked amazing.
