Service is nice and fast! We placed our order and were in and out in 10 minutes! The inside of the store smells very good and it was clean too. The only gripe was going between touching the terminal and the ingredients with the same gloves but other than that, a good experience.

Rude customer service. Made a mobile order with curbside pickup. There isn't any curbside signage in the parking lot near the store location, so I decided to go in to pickup the order. It wasn't placed on the to-go order rack, so I went to the register. "Hi, I'm here to pick up a mobile order for ___" A look of disgust toward me, then the bag of food. An added, just get a small drink came next. If you have an attitude, make the items available for the customer on the pickup shelf so that you don't have to interact at all

SUBWAY wants to make your sandwich in your presence but hidden behind the metal closure so you can't see how much mayonnaise, etc., or how fresh the ingredients look. You can be prompted by the ingredients you see to add to your sandwich but may forget something because you can't see it. It's totally ridiculous and the lady was talking over me while asking her to be able to see what she was doing, asking me what kind of cheese..... I said why am I not able to see what you're doing? How is this acceptable to hide what you're doing while preparing the food in front of the customer. This is the second Subway that I've seen doing this. I walked straight out! I'm not doing it!

A couple weeks ago, I went in to get a sandwich and right off the bat the woman was not pleased that she had to help me. I ignored it, proceeded to order, and went on my way. Today, I saw on the website that there was a deal to get ANY footlong sub for $6.99. I drove over, and when I entered, I recognized the same lady from last time. Nonetheless, I gave a friendly hello as I approached the counter. She glanced at me, gave me a look, and then turned away to work on baking the bread. I stood there awkwardly waiting for her to turn back and assist me in ordering, because I figured hey maybe she was just in the middle of a task and wanted to finish it and I totally understand that. I watched her finish what she was doing and then start on something else. She kept glancing at me, so then I was thinking well maybe she's waiting for me to speak up. Finally, she looked up and said yep? So I went ahead and pulled up the website and asked if they were participating in this (I knew they were, it said so on the website, but I wanted to be sure before I ordered) and she rolled her eyes at me and told me no. I said okay, no thank you then, and walked out. I had already had a rough day and that just really pushed me over the edge. I teared up right there in front and then had a breakdown in my car all over a sandwich and rude customer service lol! I don't know if she's just also having a bad day (both times) or is just tired of working here, but just some kindness can go a long way. I won't be coming back to this location, but luckily there's a few others in the area.

First of all, I'm so disgusted with this place. I made a mobile order for a pickup. My boyfriend was harassed by 2 employees who asked for identification when picking up the order for me after we had confirmed that order. My boyfriend said that both employees the elderly man and the woman assistant with broken English accused him of not speaking English and not understanding the order I placed, and did not come with a 20 oz bottle of coke-only drinks. I was forced to get out of my car with a bad knee to De-escalate and resolve the problem. As I walked in the elderly Indian man was yelling at my boyfriend and said he was going to call the police for stealing. My boyfriend had no idea that the chips were already in the to-go sandwich bags! Knowing my boyfriend had 8 minutes to get to work and we were ordering his lunch. I had brought to the elderly Indian man's attention that I speak perfect English and so does my boyfriend. There may have been an error while ordering, however, I wish to pay the difference for the drinks since the 20 oz bottle cost more than the fountain drinks. His demeanor and attitude changed as soon as I walked. He reluctantly apologized and allowed us to have the bottled drinks. This would have been a perfect tic-toc moment. The other lady who was Mexican was defending the elderly Indian who I'm guessing was the owner of the franchise and was coming to his defense as well. Look we're not racist, or thieves. Accusing my boyfriend of stealing and then yelling at him if he speaks English! Was uncalled for. We are no longer ordering from this location ever again. They are rude and have bad customer service skills. We have reported this incident to cooperate.

So Subway sends out coupons in mail ads. Some places accept them and others don't. That wouldn't be the worst thing, but some places lie about this. They'll say they DO take the coupons until you get to the register, and then all of a sudden they can't. So then they try to charge you full price. The one at 956 W El Camino Real does the same thing. I really don't like sketchy practices like that--especially coming from a big corporate chain that can spare a few bucks here and there. Just go somewhere local instead.

So let me tell you something. Who like rude customer service? No one. Who likes food made without love/an ounce ... no not even dash of care. No One. And let me say the whole doodoo on the cake was the Ambiance... kidz bop?!bro ain't nobody rocking with that all these lil kids cuss anyways so why filter? Heard lil dude next to me cuss with his momma on how bad the music was.Was not impressed in the slightest. But I don't regret because I hope to sounds the alarm,spread awareness to the masses... save your money and make your own sandwich. Save Money .Live Better. Walmart.
