Had a delightful dinner with my husband this evening. The host Annalynn stood out for her attentiveness and efficiency in making sure our evening would be as excellent as possible while my husband and I were seated promptly. A host at the desk that made this visit h pleasant was Mercedes as she seemed interested in her phone rather than helping other guests in the front end including ourselves. While walking out we also heard the use of a slur spoken between another coworker and her. Our service overall was desirable as our server Tristan made sure all our needs were met! The Chipotle Pasta and Fettuccine Alfredo were delicious and came out at a perfect temperature.

Had a lovely dinner here, our server was extremely attentive and friendly! Love coming here for the massive variety of menu items, this time I tried: - Eggroll sampler (Avocado, Tex Mex, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls and Chicken Taquitos)-the latter two were the highlights for me - Asian chicken salad-massive portion, lasted two meals - Pasta da vinci-this was a really unique and delicious pasta, I really enjoyed it - Low-licious cheesecake-amazing way to hit the cheesecake spot in a bit of a healthier way Conveniently located in Valley Fair mall, large seating area and we got a booth towards the back which was quite cozy!

We ordered the Ribeye Stack (medium well) and the Cajun Salmon. The restaurant was fairly busy, but not overly crowded. Service at the bar was average. Unfortunately, both of our entrées arrived cold -- the mashed potatoes on both plates were cold, and the ribeye was overcooked and tough. We decided not to send the food back, considering how long it had already taken to receive our main courses. On a positive note, the appetizers and complimentary bread were served promptly and were quite good. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I would recommend visiting on a weekday when the restaurant is less busy. Parking is extremely packed during the weekend. The first 2 hours are free after every hour Parking is 2 dollars. There are many Parking lots available just note none are close to the location there will be some walking distance. You cannot park in the banks parking during their operating hours otherwise your car can get towed. There are many other restaurants around the area to pick from.

We ate at cheesecake factory on a Wednesday night. While it was busy, it is definitely NOT the crowded cheesecake factory of days gone by. No wait at all at 7 pm. We were seated at our choice of tables and greeted promptly by a server, who took drink orders and delivered drinks quickly. We placed an order for appetizers and felt slightly rushed to put in our order for entrees at the same time. We know they want turnover, but it really wasn't as if there was a line waiting for our table. We eventually ordered entrees and hubs was as good as he expected it to be. Yay! I ordered a special, which was a chicken katsu bowl. This had some nice flavors going on, but overall, it was too dry. I will stick to my faves when eating at CF. On the whole, I still like the restaurant and considering the price of eating out, this is a decent value. I'll return to eat again!

Honestly you can go to the Cheesecake Factory once a year and the quality of food doesn't drop off. Once you can sift through their big menu (which has reduced since I've last been) the food is still just as enjoyable as the first time I've gone. Service can be a little slow but that's expected with how busy it gets so there's really no complaint. Other than that cheesecake is still very lively and the servers are still nice and courteous. Overall cheesecake is one of the big chain restaurants I'm willing to go back to.

I've been to this location many times. It's busy on the weekends so it's better to make a reservation. The service has been good too. The bread to start is warm and fresh, I like the brown (rye?) bread a lot. The drinks are good as well and lots of mocktail options like the guava sparkler which I would definitely get again. I got the stuffed mushrooms to start and they were yummy and come in lots of sauce. The four cheese pasta is good too. It's a simple penne pasta with tomato sauce and ricotta cheese on top. I usually get the fettuccine Alfredo which is great too and super saucy. The cheesecake is good too- I like the red velvet and Oreo ones usually.

We DoorDash our order and it took about an hour (reasonable time considering where we live). Our order came nicely packaged with bread and butter! Overall the food was good but the salad seemed smaller than if we ate at the restaurant

We were a group of 14 with 1 server and he was OUTSTANDING! I could kick myself for not making note of his name! He was on top of everything! All meals were delicious. The menu is a novel so I recommend checking it out in advance. Everyone enjoyed their meals, zero complaints. The portions are generous, I had leftovers enough for 2 more meals! This is a great place for groups, large or small, they will accommodate your needs! I tried a new dessert the salted Caramel dessert but it was almost over powering. I could not taste the cheesecake so I sent it back for my reliable "go-to" the keylime, it did not disappoint! Enjoy!
