I stopped by Togo's for a quick lunch and ordered one of their Cali veggie sandwiches.. Generally, neat and tidy location. Gets busy at lunch time on weekdays. The portion was generous, and the staff were friendly. However, despite me repeating what I wanted on the sandwich before toasting, staff still didn't come through with it. I've visited this location before and have had a mixed experience. Some days the sandwich is perfect and other times I encounter the same issue with customization. Overall, it was a solid, middle-of-the-road sandwich experience.

Tiniest sandwich I've ever had for $15. There was wrapping paper inside my sandwich. The cashier tried to ring up a different order for me. I don't think i will be back.

I had this pretty terrible experience a few months ago and just haven't gotten back as it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I went to visit about 30 minutes before closing (having worked food service before, I know better than to go in right before closing, 30 minutes is fine) and the worker was already putting stuff away. Fine, I get it, just help me and get me on my way. Right off the bat, the guy was acting like he didn't want to help me: he asked if I already placed my order and when I said no, he sucked his teeth and said "oh most people place orders ahead this late" which I let go. As he asked for my order, he then added another comment of "oh, I have to get the stuff out since I already put it away..." At that point, I didn't even want the sandwich any longer and said "OK, nevermind then" and started to walk away. I think he just wanted to vent and not drive me away because he said "No no no, come back." Got my food and left but left a bad taste in my mouth. $15-$17 for a large sandwich with a side of attitude. No thanks.

I was attending a graduation at Great America and wanted to eat something quick and good. I love the togos close to my house as it is clean and professional. They have high standards. This one I will avoid. I was very surprised when I walked in. At the start the patio tables were stacked up and in the side. Then the tables inside were stacked up as well. There were boxes on top of them so it seemed it was stacked up for a while. The place didn't look clean. As I walked in, one of the employees was putting garbage in the garbage can. Usually I would see them take out garbage, but this was the opposite. The problem was his shirt. He looked like he made a lot of sandwiches and his shirt was dirty. I mean there was a lot of crud on his shirt. I started wondering if that crud could fall into the sandwiches. The good thing was that I say him wash his hands afterwards. The guys were friendly and it seemed that they worked hard to please the guests. I also ordered my sandwich online so that was good. The issue is that I ordered it with no onions and there was onions. Until they raise their standards, I will not return to this shop

Pretty standard sandwich, it's edible. I would never order food there but my company ordered them for us, can't really complain much about free food, but again, it was just edible. It's a dry sandwich with normal carbs to protein ratio.

I tried Togo's for the first time the other day and have been coming frequently ever since! The employees are all super nice, but it seems like they encounter issues when you try to customize. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad and asked for no cilantro all three times, but it always ends up having cilantro in it regardless if I order at the counter or use the kiosk. They should have a comments section to make it more obvious that there's a special request rather than just unchecking the cilantro option. The hot pastrami sandwich with the cheese bread is one of my favorite sandwiches to date. I typically do not like sandwiches, but this one is an exception. Their Asian Chicken Salad is also really good and full of flavor at $7.95 for the large. The sauce is not citrus-y and is more peppery than the typical Asian Chicken Salad. If you can't handle the onion type spice, I would not suggest ordering this salad. The best part is that you can order extra sauce at no cost at this location, but sometimes they only fill the sauce container halfway. It's always safer to opt for extra sauce as the half filled container is never enough. Another sandwich I tried was the Italian Sandwich with Sourdough bread assuming it would taste like Subway's but I did not like it. It was a cold sandwich and tasted like a sandwich you could make at home. Note that the Sourdough bread doesn't taste like Sourdough -- more like thicker White bread. Lastly, sign up for Togo's rewards program! You get $3 off your first order and $2 for every referral. With the points, you end up getting approximately 10% off every bill. Additionally, you can also order online and pick up which is super convenient and our preference when ordering.

I like Togo's. Infinitely more than subway. The sandwiches are good and you can watch your food brook being made for a little more control. Fast forward to the Covid era. The now unused tables are crowded against the counter to maintain social distancing. Protects the employees from customers. Unfortunately you can't see your food now. So. I'm waiting in line for 10 minutes ( only one person in line the entire time) when I noticed the sandwich guy wearing his mask under his nose. Hey they slip. O know. But he makes 2 sandwiches and never fixes it. Eww. Not some much because I'm afraid I'll get the Rona from a sandwich. Eww because it's an example of poor hygiene by a person in his position. Love Togo's. I left without ordering. Won't come back here.
