We were attending a concert at Mountain Winery in Saratoga and decided to book a room for the night vs driving back to Sacramento. I had waited a while and was unable to get a room in Saratoga, so started reading reviews of various hotels within a decent driving distance. Booking the room online was easy and check in was very smooth. There is plenty of parking under and behind the building with a very short walking distance to the lobby. Our room was King Deluxe, and overall, the hotel floors look like they have been remodeled / renovated. Our room was extremely tidy and clean, with a lovely color pallet and wallpaper and tile textures. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, with modern lighting and furnishings. There is plenty of room to move around, with a large desk area if on business travel. The restroom was huge, with a lovely tub, and large shower with excellent water pressure. The towels were abundant and clean. There is a coffee bar area with microwave, coffee machine, refrigerators and drawers and space to store luggage and other items. I did have some difficulty falling asleep, but I think it was because I was still charged up from the concert we attended. There was definitely some road noise, and I could hear people walking around on the floor above us, but I was not negatively impacted by this. They offer a FULL complimentary breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised at the extensive display. Eggs, bacon, fresh cut and whole fruits, yogurt, bread, bagels, pastries, oatmeal, coffee and juices; salad, fish, vegetables, glass plates and silverware, tablecloths and a spacious dining area. My only "complaint" would be limited TV stations than what you would normally find at a chain hotel. Several foreign and political propaganda channels, but we were really not there to watch TV. Overall had a really nice stay and would recommend for business or incidental travel.

Woodcrest Hotel Cupertino is my first choice of hotel whenever I am on business travel to Santa Clara, Bay Area. The hotel is just a minute's drive from HWY 280 and walking distance to many restaurants on Cupertino Main St. The location is very safe and peaceful. I have been staying at this hotel in the last 3 years. The customer service is amazing, their breakfast choices are some of the bests in town, the rooms are clean, spacious and updated with modern look. A special mention to John Yang the manager who is always professional, friendly and very accommodative to guests' requests. John is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to stay at Woodcrest Hotel. I have also recommended Woodcrest Hotel to some of my colleagues and friends/family members, and they have all loved it !

When we stayed here it seemed like we were one of the only couples here. The parking lot was empty and every time we pressed the elevator button, it opened immediately. It was a little weird and creepy. But the hotel was very clean and updated. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff was nice. I'd stay here again.

Very pleased with this hotel. Full breakfast that featured a wide variety of options. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Given the state of customer service in general these days, it was refreshing to stay in a place where the patronage is appreciated! Only downside is the lack of a gym. The room was clean a spacious enough for me to exercise there, however. Definitely recommend!

My wife needed cardiac surgery at Santa Clara Kaiser. I needed a hotel close to Kaiser. A short 10 minute drive. I was very pleased with this hotel. Nice hot breakfast each day. Room cleaned and made up daily. Nice and quiet. They were very flexible with me as I had to daily extend my stay. They offered a 10% discount for kaiser members whose family was undergoing treatment or surgery. I would definitely stay there again.

I don't know why ratings are so low but I would rate this a 5/5 given the price. This is a value deal y'all and no I'm in no way affiliated with this organization. I just think it's a hidden gem that more ppl need to know about. The lobby was homey, halls were gracious and the room was consistent with the beauty of the last two. Nothing broken, heater/AC worked fine, low-key thought I had a kitchen when I stepped into the bathroom bc of how expanseful it was with it's microwave and shelves lol. Had the cheapest option and even then it did not disappoint. Trust this missionary and his gospel, I think you'll like it

Review for Woodcrest Hotel I have been lodging at the Woodcrest Hotel since the 2000s from a recommendation from a family friend in Cupertino. At the time, my mother and I traveled from Southern California to NorCal every weekend for my mother's work, and Woodcrest has essentially become my home away from home. At the time, the hotel was being managed by an individual named Mr. Zhang, and then Rupert. Both were excellent managers, always friendly - and even one time Rupert cooked breakfast for me, even though I had woken up just a tad bit late - he cooked a fresh batch for me himself. I also enjoyed the time when they had them, a 24/7 pantry where I could come down at any time of the night, and make myself a sandwich or two, and grabbing some cookies. Then trotting back to my room to watch the DVDs, We loved staying at the Woodcrest so much, that we ended up renting out the conference rooms for our business meetings. I'd like to think that during our time with Woodcrest, we've become VIPs with a fixed room-rate, and free upgrades to suites when they were available. I'd remember most fondly when my mother and I had no-where else to go at the dead of night, and Woodcrest would always accept us no matter what time of the night we showed up. In conclusion, I have nothing bad to say about Woodcrest. Since, I am no longer traveling to NorCal as frequently, I haven't been able to see my good old friends again here. I hope everything is well, and thank you Woodcrest for being there for us during our struggling times.

If I could give it no stars I would. My employee stayed one night while there for work. He arrived to find two clumps of hair-one in the toilet and one under the sink. He stepped on a piece of glass in the middle of the night while going to use the restroom. He went to the front desk for bandaids but the night staff did not speak much English. I reported to the team the next day when asking to speak with a manager. They told me that it was my employee that broke a bottle and stepped on his own glass. No accountability and basically called us liars. They were combative and argumentative. The place is not clean and definitely not professional.
