My first visit and it was amazing!  Pizza crust, pizza sauce, pizza toppings were just amazing.   And what a great selection! From the basics to the more exotic something for every person.  Friendly staff.  You just can't go wrong.

We got pizza to takeout, we chose different slices to try different pizzas
The place was so tiny and cramped, almost 7 dollar a piece is pricy , they had a lot of awards on the wall for being the best slice of pizza but I assure you they didn’t check the attitude and customer service
We asked what was on each slice and they barely wanted to give us any information, then again it was our first time so we wanted to see what to order .
The pizza itself was great , the dough wasn’t the best we have ever had.
It was comparable to Tony’s pizza in SF , we’d still pick Tony’s pizza over this one.

I ordered the 14” pizza with vegan cheese (Daiya brand) extra sauce, and basil topping. It was delicious. Friendly helpful service. Only about a 15 minute wait for cooking.

Went for their 18th anniversary special with $2 slices and free cannoli (which we got in line)! Slices were the star of the show, they were huge and were warmed up for us--was a fan of the Munchie Lunchie with the jalapenos and the White. The garlic knots were a bit too oily and tough. The shop has a pretty small interior but they work fast and the line was chugging along.

Another interesting note is that this is a workers cooperative so all the employees own a share of the business.

Incredible gluten free pizza!! I got the “City” toppings (minus olives). My husband and son got regular crust pizza and they were “filling” with “fresh ingredients” and “savory.”  Choices of both thin and traditional New York thick crust. Atmosphere: We used to live in NYC and this took me right back there, in the middle of California. It felt so authentic I almost got teary eyed.
