Wow Horrible horrible customer service. Before they could ask me anything about my trip/destination they wanted my credit card number to charge $200. They had absolutely no interest in knowing anything about my trip planning until they collected $200. Very rude Stay away from this company. Con artists!!!!!

She brings personal experience into all that she recommends, yet tells me when something looks great, but she hasn't experienced it firsthand. She is wonderfully accommodating, and works with me to determine which activities are worth the money to me, and where we can save a bit, and not miss out. Mimi is a gem. She helped me plan a last minute trip to Spain with my parents. They are seniors, so it was important to me to take the most efficient route to hit all the cities we wanted to go to around the country, get excellent, well located accomodations, and hire guides in the cities we visited. I started planning the trip on my own and decided to try working with a travel agent - something I had never done before. BEST DECISION EVER. Mimi was a joy to work with --thoughtful, diligent, and thorough. After I started working with her, the planning process went from being stressful to fun as I imagined the possibilities.
