Got a famous bowl here late at night. This kfc also has Taco Bell combined in one store. The famous bowl was pretty standard. It was a bit colder than i would like. And chicken is soggy. But it's good value compared to their other items.

I was in the area and pressed for time, so I stopped at this KFC for a 3 pc meal. I got the original chicken, and found the chicken incredibly greasy and tasteless. I've been to this restaurant before and never have I tasted the original recipe chicken that was this bad with so much excessive grease. It was disgusting! Quality has plummeted and prices are far too high now. I won't be back. I've eaten at KFC for the last time. Also, the guy taking my order kept referring to me as "boss". Only in the South Bay do these idiots refer to certain customers in this manner, preferring to use that word rather than "sir". It's very tacky, low-class, and unprofessional. Either refer to the customer as "sir" or don't use anything.

8 pieces of chicken for $10 at KFC? Get out of here! Last two Tuesdays at 4pm wife has gone to this KFC for chicken. Wife is not terribly enthusiastic about KFC, but I like the chicken, but not enough to pay the normal price of $25 for 8 pieces of chicken. After a steady diet of 12 Costco chickens every year for this century, tried KFC. Love the stuff, hot and juicy, not dried out, with that finger licking original recipe fried on skin, delicious but not overly fried. Could eat it all day. Incomparably better than Safeway's $5 Monday 8 piece fried chicken. If you prefer white chicken, like 70% of Americans, you are out of luck, as it is only drumsticks and thighs, and only on Tuesdays, and only at this KFC location. Spent 15 minutes looking for my cell phone so I could take a picture of the chicken before my wife ate it all. She ate the largest thigh and the largest drumstick. Turned out that she had placed the bucket of chicken in front of the cellphone.

I've been going to this KFC/Taco Bell for many years, but after Covid and the Trump's bumbling economic sabotage, KFC has achieved a new low in food quality. Yesterday, I bought an 8-piece bucket of extra crispy chicken, 6 hot wings and 3 soft tacos, for $63!!!!! Col Sanders must be rolling in his grave. The chicken was easily the worst I've ever eaten. It was absolutely atrocious. It was dry, smelled funny, and as usual had all of 0 of the once-famous 11 herbs and spices that KFC used to be famous for. I'm not going to pay absurd prices for inedible food. This place can't possibly survive. I'm done.

I generally don't rate fast food establishments, but this taco bell/kfc has great service! Its your typical fast food fare with the typical taco bell/kfc selection of menu items, but the drive thru moves quickly and customer service is great inside as well. Dining room is clean.

Went to the drive thru and was charged for more than I should have when asking for a 7$ fill up combo meal. I had asked to swap the mashed potatoes with small mac n cheese, and got 4 cheesy roll ups and got charged 18$. They didn't give sauce when asked for and was missing the apple pies that come with the meal. Next day I ask for another 7$ fill up and I asked for a bottle water, they gave me soda instead. I asked for original chicken, they gave me crispy instead. I asked for fries to replace the mashed potatoes. I got no fries at all. Again, I ended up getting charged for more than I was given.

I am going to take tonight's visit as a reminder to go to Popeye's (or, better, a non-chain restaurant specializing in proper fried chicken). KFC in general is OK, but this meal was strikingly poor. Seems to be an issue with this location, based on other reviews. Start with the plus: Clean, well-lit, good service. But the chicken.... How do you grossly overcook fried chicken and make it nonetheless soggy and limp? Good fried chicken is juicy and hot, cooked to just the right doneness, with a cracklingly crisp coating. This was none of that. Nothing crispy here. The meat was so overcooked, it was stringy and tough, squeezed dry. Warm, not hot, seems like it spent a lot of time under the warming lights. Even by KFC standards, this was mediocre. Very disappointing. And check out my photos. Where do you get a drumstick that small? Some miniature chicken? Or a parrot, maybe. One thigh was normal, one was smallish, and the drumstick looked like a wing. How odd. The mashed potatoes were more typical for KFC: Potatoes that taste like instant and gravy that tastes not-real but oddly tasty.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! I came here last night and paid $37 dollars for food that wasn't fresh. The crunchy taco was like it had been sitting pre-made for a while, isn't it supposed to be crunchy and not stale? Both Chicken chalupa breads were definitely stale and was tough to even break apart. Omg, don't even get me started with the biscuit.. Chicken sandwich had 2 different cooked colors and the nuggets were like it was just reheated. Chicken must be cook 165F and up what I ate last night was very disappointing, unacceptable and not fair. All the food was stale I end up throwing almost everything. The only thing i could tell that was at least hot was the mashed potatoes and gravy. WHAT A WASTE! Both KFC and taco bell bags say guaranteed fresh, if you're going to LIE like that, let me say, "I'm coming back, guaranteed!"

I've had the misfortune of eating here multiple times throughout my life and I feel like I would be doing my community a disservice if I didn't leave this review. Unless it's your last resort, DO NOT GO HERE. If you haven't eaten for multiple days or you don't have enough gas to go anywhere else then I understand but otherwise please stay away. The chicken (as well as anything else that's fried) is barely warm and it's been sitting out for multiple hours/ days. The sides are always barely lukewarm. Biscuits are stale. The only thing they do right is the soda. The workers are ghetto as hell, they don't care about the store, and they're rude to customers. If you just walk into the store and look in the kitchen you can automatically tell that it's filthy and unkempt. For your own health and safety please avoid this store.
