Got the salad with chicken. Chipotle is pretty consistent. My go to has been the salad with chicken, black beans, cheese, sour cream, corn, salsa fresca with the yummy vinaigrette dressing. Vinaigrette was sweet with a little bit of spicy kick. The dining room needed a lot of attention. All the tables were dirty and sticky. I had to use my hand wipes to clean one of the tables so we can dine in. Price is reasonable. Service was quick. They're not stingy with ingredients. Just wish the dining area was cleaned often.

Online ordering & takeout review Literally the worse takeout service. I don't know why we keep coming back. We order online and automatically add 5-7 minutes to the time that is quoted in the app. STILL they are predictably late every single time. This is a note to self (again) to not use the app to order.

I ordered my bowl in store and wish I would have paid more attention. When opening my chipotle order it seemed that the portion for every single thing I ordered was 50% or less. It was a bit disheartening and disappointing as the total for the bowl I ordered was nearly $19. The chicken bowl was definitely not worth what I ordered in terms of portions would've been great if the normal size portions were given. Won't be returning to this location.

The food here is exactly what you would expect it to be for a fast food Mexican chain, mid. I've stopped by a couple times after doing my Trader Joe's grocery shopping. They are often out of certain ingredients. The service is also what you would expect from a few overwhelmed teenagers in the back trying to fill orders.

I have to say, the new brisket offering was bomb today!! I got the burrito bowl with barbacoa beef and bf got the brisket both with guacamole. The barbocoa was very soft and juicy and the brisket tastes like it was cooked over charcoal fire and slightly sweet and soft and yummy!! Gave me generous portions. Would be back to get some more brisket before they discontinue it.

Ordered a veggie bowl with guac and the guac was the color of old and stale puke. To make matters worse, there were chunks of hard, old and stale colored non ripe avocados. It also tasted funny, no surprise. Totally lost my appetite. Hope I don't get sick later. I contacted Chipotle through their chat bot Pepper and Pepper was totally useless. I had a few other issues with this location. Another time their credit card machine was down and was only taking cash, but there was no sign on the door or anywhere indicating this. I waited in line for 15 minutes before finding this out! Another time, there was no ice in the soda machine. I got to remember to stop going to this location!

I get emails and text messages regarding free meal with purchase of certain number of other meals. It does not work online, since there is nowhere to apply the promotion code, and they do not except it at the restaurant. Moreover, the people at the restaurant don't care! Total disappointment. It was my last time going to Chipotle. Moreover, I will block all of the future emails and text messages from this company.

THIS IS NOT EXTRA LETTUCE, CORN, and all the other toppings I requested as extra!!! Not a big deal but I've never seen my tortilla wrapped this way either. Retrain the person who made my bowl today, 5/03/2025 between 5:50PM and 6:00PM. Better yet, just take your business elsewhere because after reading the reviews, why would anyone come here or even work at this location?? Seems to me like poor management and/or stingy owners. Ughhh!!! I should have ordered from my usual location, Santa Clara on Scott and El Camino!! They can read and follow instructions there. I should've read the reviews first. Last time to this location, for sure!!

They close early. Pulled up on a Sunday and they were closed an hour early. All good if they close early sporadically, but this is the 3rd time this has happened. Just update your hours on google
