2nd locattion for owners. Outstanding food quality. Replicates authentic savory taste from China. Not americanized. Not panda express sweet. Mapo Tofu: very difficult to get right, different variants of salty and mala balanced. Very far distance from simple boil tofu in chicken broth and add garlic chili sauce. Can see sichuan preserved mustard root, fermented beans from doubanjiang and other spices in there. at the level of the best versions in the area including the ones which are 3-4x more expensive. garlic chive egg savory turnover, jiucai hezi: frozen, very thin outside wrapper. Use air fryer to crisp up so it isn't soaked in oil. Unique in how thin the outside wrapper is so you get mouthfulls of chives and egg without being diluted with big chunks of dough. The best in memory. Not supposed to be a mexican empanada which is much more dough. Frozen wonton: burst in mouth sensation of texture contrast between soft wonton wrapper, crunchy piece of shrimp and pork juice. Shrimp has to be big enough so the crunchy chew lasts more than 1 bite. Better than 90% of the frozen wontons available. Braised bamboo shoots: they sell these at 99ranch in refrigerated section. Crunchy, used both mustard root and salted mustard green. Bamboo not overcooked, crunchy with savory from mustard green leaf and root. Delicious. Not available at panda express or anyother takeout place. Guo Bao Rou: authentic northern china version of sweet sour pork. the red americanized version is copied from this. Slightly sweet and sour. Signature dish. Must try. Good chefs from China are here. Stays crunchy after sauce is applied. If left at room temperature pork is potato chip crunchy hous later. 2-3 item bento box: they have 15 consistent selections which you can order on fantuan. Following selections. Spicy Tofu Signature Classic Sweet Crispy Pork Northeastern Braised Pork Kung Pao Chicken Braised Pork Stew Braised Bamboo Shoots Salt And Pepper Fish Fillet Garlic Broccoli Stir-fried Pork with Chili Homemade Tofu Three Fresh Vegetables Stir-fried Fish Fillet Chicken with Chili Salt And Pepper Pork Ribs Extremely high quality for takeout place. A great place for work day lunch. We've been visiting here almost everyday. It has comfy tasty easy Chinese food and has become our number 1 choice for lunch. We love it so much! Manager and everyone is very nice.

Really rude and extremely terrible service. They gave me the wrong food and charged me higher. I ordered pork feet dish which was claimed by the restaurant to be made fresh for my order. They gave me pork belly which were pre-cooked for packaged lunch or bento. They yelled at me and refused to correct the order or refund the difference.

Overall this place is 3/5, tiny place, the kung po chicken was not fresh, but the crispy sweet and sour pork deserves an extra star, never a big fan of this dish, but theirs is actually very good with the right balance of flavor and texture. Decent value $15.99 for three dishes
