I needed a vehicle for the day as mine was in the shop. My online search showed me a different rental company that was a half mile from my house so I started there. That ended up being a bad experience, which led me back to an online search where I found this Enterprise 1 mile away. I called the national number and was quickly connected to a human. That representative was able to confirm the vehicles were available at this location and I was able to make a reservation with ease. Upon arriving, I was promptly greeted and told that the rep would be right with me as they were helping another customer. As soon as it was my turn, the rep thanked me for being patient and quickly and professionally helped me out. The following day I returned the vehicle and was helped out by a different rep. As I was waiting for my turn, this rep was on the phone reassuring a potential customer who apparently had an injury I was otherwise not feeling very well and had concerns about their reservation. The rep was patient, empathetic, and reassured the customer several times. As soon as it was my turn, the rep took care of me promptly and professionally, with a friendly smile and good personality. A shout out to the entire team and management as this reflects a healthy culture. They shout out to Immanuel who checked in when I got there and Salvador who helped me when I returned the vehicle. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need a rental vehicle.

They are honestly a no frills rental car company ... perhaps limited stock of cars unlike an airport location or car rental company. It is what it is. Superb service . That's why they deserved 5 stars . I had to drop off my car at a car body shop. Cheerful talkative Douglas came to pick me up at body shop to bring me to Enterprise ! Very very friendly and I liked hm . Shelly was manager that days very helpful . She was detailed and very professional . She tried to be efficient and she matched me with a Hyundai that was way above what I was expecting . It was quite the fluke how it happened but her service skills were very nice . Might not be the fanciest of rental places but they do well with service .

I made an appointment to pick a rental that was reserved by my car service company I had asked for an EV SUv during the call with enterprise the previous day - they said sure and I could choose once I came to pick up But when I reached they did not have any full size EVs - they just had a Model 3 So I settled for a full size gas car - wagoner When I reached home my family immediately noticed that the car smelled of smoke and we could not use the car since my family was very sensitive When I gave this feedback to Enterprise- they are lime we apologized and say they try to get the smoke cleared but ..

I also wanted to give a shout out to this Sunnyvale Enterprise because my whole experience was great from beginning to end. Four to five different gentlemen helped me at pick up to drop off (of the rental car) and everyone was super nice, helpful and courteous. I got free rides to and from the rental office & body shop. If you also need to rent Teslas (model 3), they have a few or can get it from another Enterprise near by.

Would like to give this location a better review from all the other ones. I've rented in multiple Enterprises but this one continues to succeed with customer service consistently with me, if something is wrong with the car they'll let me know ahead of time with options, but if I don't like any options they'll do their best to call other branches to fit my needs. I've bumped into multiple workers as well each year and everyone is literally amazing. Not sure if I just get lucky every time but just wanted to bring in the positive vibes for you guys!

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car location has great customer service! They answered my questions and explained to me the optional coverages I was interested in. If I need to rent a car in that area again, I'll check with them again. Great customer service isn't as common as it used to be, so I'm happy I came across this location.

Salvador and Paul were absolutely amazing! I really don't like renting cars because it is always a hassle, not this time. Salvador made the checkout quick and painless and was very pleasant to deal with. I called on my way in to return the car, as I was in a hurry to get to the airport, Paul had answered the phone and was literally waiting outside and told me to go...that he would take care of everything! Excellent customer service by both and car was great!

I was setup with a rental car at this location while my car was being fixed and they only had one car available that was filthy but in the price range specified by our insurance. They refused to give us an upgrade. The interior roof looks as though someone vomited all over it.
