I am so happy they made it thru the construction and are still there and serving delicious food, I had a great pinot while i waited for my Pizza yesterday, I had the Gilroy w/ red sauce,and it was so delicious and fresh..Never had a bad Pizza, here. I love to order there and wait, so it is perfect when I get home.I get to have a glass of wine..lol Odering by phone and picking up is great,too. Btw-you can park in front and back as they still have that entrance.

Not as good as it looks unfortunatly , i was so craving a good pizza while I was out town and this didnt do it for me or my partner. No flavor the wings were okay. This place was a recommendation from a local who has been going there for years. The place seems like an office from the outside its in an odd spot by an apartment complex so we were gonna leave looked like a closed place but went to open the door and vualaaaa very nice inside, chill , a nice bar with tvs and booths for big groups and plenty of tvs to watch your football game loved that!!!! But Not what i went there for , unfortunatly I wont go there again for pizza!!! Service was eehhhhhh!! Went to order and not much of a friendly service , pretty much what you want and gave us a buzzer to go get put pizza when it was ready!!! And they do ask for tip when you pay , which I did not feel I should give if I have to go and get my own pizza and everything I need!!! Place is nice for a beer and to watch your favorite sport!!!

This is where you go for real-deal American-style pizza, where you can order a Hawaiian without judgment (and yes, it was delicious). Toppings were solid, the crust held everything together, and the whole thing just hit right. Portions are generous. Got it delivered, and the large fed two people with a few slices left over. Maybe I was still hungover, but honestly, that's the point. It's exactly the kind of pizza you want in that moment.

Jakes is a staple of S.Vale. Pizza is still Amazing. You honestly can't go wrong with any food items. The Combo is my favorite. Highly recommend!!!

Jake's is my family's go to pizza spot! I've been coming here my whole life. The pizza is consistently delicious and the service is great. Our favorite is a mushroom olive pizza with extra cheese. Extra cheese is what makes these pizzas top tier, in my opinion! Alan is so friendly and always nice to chat with, too. Despite it being pretty packed on a Friday night it wasn't too loud or anything. I've never had a bad meal here, and I always look forward to my next visit. Parking can be a bit tricky right now with all the construction so try to carpool if you can!

I place an order through DoorDash, it was a pick up order, and when I opened the pizza box it had a funny smell, I noticed the cheese was not melted, but I save it for dinner when I offered to my daughter right away she said there is something wrong with the pizza, when eating my first bite it was so sour like the cheese was so spoiled, and the pizza smelled worse then earlier I called the store but they said they couldn't do anything since I ordered from DoorDash I even offered to bring the pizza so they could try it. But they said to contact DoorDash. Even the fries tasted like old oil. Bad Quality

The new remodeled Jake's is open. They constructed the new outside while retaining most of the interior. More important you can park and walk in the front doors.

Come for comfort food! Detailed breakdown below: **Service, 4/5** Not the friendliest, but pretty quick and efficient. Order at the counter, get a buzzer, and pick up at the far window. **Decor & cleanliness, 5/5** Dark and moody inside, but clean all around. Good for groups! **Price & portion, 5/5** Prices for sandwiches and sides are reasonable. Pizzas are less worth it imo where a large will run you ~$35. **Taste, 5/5** Love the fried zucchini here. Super crunchy, well seasoned, and piping hot! Curly fries are solid as well but the fries zucchini is the winner. Chicken tenders are also solid with a great crunchy layer of breading and the meat isn't dry. **Other notes** This location is currently under construction so it's pretty difficult to find. There's a small side lot and you enter through what looks like a back door.

We decided to get a pizza here and I was a little disappointed. I ordered the garlic chicken pizza and although it came with a ton of toppings, it just wasn't very good. The chicken was large pieces, probably frozen, unseasoned and just tossed on top so they slid right off each slice. The other toppings were mushroom and red bell pepper, neither of which was cooked after its pass through the oven. The crust was thick and doughy. No flavor at all and made each slice feel like you're eating a sandwich. I didn't taste garlic at all and I saw a thin layer of white sauce but given the ratio of crust the pizza was still quite dry. Also I found several pieces of parchment paper on my pizza. Presumably from the baking process. Overall I'm not impressed and would not get pizza here again.
