One of the few places in the Bay area that has real grits! Great with butter, salt and pepper. Generously sized and tasty breakfasts. Pros: Attractive and clean setting Comfortable seating Friendly staff Generous servings Excellent Grits, Pancakes, Bacon, Sunshine Bowl, Iced tea Cons: Music is waaay too loud and not relaxing Noisy - hard to hear the person across the table Waffles are too thick and hard to cut Turkey bacon is not good Service can be a little slow Parking garage is hard to find on the first visit

Like all the other reviews say, service is beyond slow here and obviously you can guess their food is not worth a 1+ hour wait. They also somehow have no idea how a waitlist works. Apparently you have to go up to the desk multiple times to ask to actually get seated. We weren't seated until my husband took a pic of their monitor that had the waitlist on it to see the names and we heard a group 3 names after ours get seated and then joined the crowd huddled by the desk to tell them we'd already been waiting for an hour lmao I should not have had higher expectations judging by its rating here on Yelp lolz but we came here on Sunday at 1:50 and were told it'd be a 30-35 min wait. 45 min passed and we hadn't heard anything so we went up to the front to ask if we could check our place in line because they have no visible waitlist. Two workers came up to the front desk 4 different times and avoided eye contact every single time to not interact with us haha Our server at our table was really nice. We ordered an iced coffee, the cheesesteak omelet and a Nutella stuffed French toast combo. The iced coffee took 15 min to be served. After eating the omelet a bit, we realized it was the wrong omelet. It had chicken and a different kind of cheese. It was already partially eaten and all the staff was busy and nowhere to be found so we just ate it. The food was all standard and not bad but not special. It seems they really need to hire more staff or something to resolve this problem. A lot of people have complained about their service speed in the reviews since it's opened it seems and judging by our visit today they haven't done anything to improve it. We decided to come here despite the reviews because it's walking distance from our apartment. This is the only new brunch place here right now so someone else open a better one please

Went to Keke's for brunch on Thursday at 11am and walked right in. It's like IHOP got a glow-up (in the best way). Classic breakfast fare done really well. I had the Florida pancakes: fluffy, loaded with fresh berries. Made it a combo with eggs (cooked just right) and crispy bacon. My wife had the chicken and waffles. The tenders were super seasoned, and the waffle looked picture-perfect. Bonus: the coffee. They also serve it iced. Service was warm and friendly. I'll be back. It seems like it can get busy on weekends. Probably one of the better brunch spots in Sunnyvale.

From the entrance to the table, the ambience is very relaxed and inviting. Their coffee was delicious, it wasn't bitter, it was just the perfect blend of harmony and sass. I tried their Southwestern Omelette and it was delicious! Our waiter was also very kind and attentive, overall a good experience. I'll definitely be back but on a date

Sammy gave OUTSTANDING SERVICE We came from out of town for me and my husbands anniversary breakfast and we were treating amazing by our server Sammy. She came in clutch with the amazing food recommendations which is always a great quality in a server! She overheard us celebrating and having cheers with our cocktails and brought us these amazing pancakes for us to enjoy on the house We will be coming back. We work in customer service and we are not often this blown away.

I would say consistently delicious and comforting! It's nice having a local brunch place that can offer a variety of omelette, sandwiches, scramble, combos, waffles, and pancakes. I would say their pancakes are their signature dish. I mean it's fluffy, bottom is crispy, vanilla forward, sweet yet light. It's the best comfort meal ever. My go to dishes are Cheesesteak omelette with extra crispy home fries or the Pancake Kekes Combo with sausage. You can never go wrong with these dishes. The cheesesteaks omelette is stuffed with steak and cheese. I love how large the portion are here so I can take leftovers home for later. Also for $3 I got the ultimate coffee with free refills so that always wakes me up! Food: 5/5 (delicious and comforting) Service: 4/5 (can be a bit slow or scattered but they have been friendly everytime) Parking: 4/5 (a private garage on the right of the cafe not the apartment parking spots, and plenty of free street parking around the neighborhood)

As a brunch lover, I was thrilled to hear Keke's is coming to the Bay from the East Coast/Florida! Seems like I wasn't the only one excited, since it's packed every time I came. Waits can be long at all hours on weekends, and food takes a while to come out every time. Food was worth the wait though, since portions were generous. The pancakes were bigger than they look in photos and packed with blueberries. They were so good on their own I didn't even need butter or syrup, which is rare still I usually have to request butter with my bread and pancakes. However I wasn't a fan of the cheesy grits, and the chicken on the waffle wasn't as tender as I'd hoped. The turtle stuffed french toast was very sweet, and I couldn't really taste the pecans. The eggs benedict were yummy but pretty standard, with nice runny eggs and tasty potatoes on the side. I also tried both the silver pancakes and Florida pancakes too, which were good but nothing special. Overall a solid brunch place to catch up with friends just a short walk from downtown Sunnyvale!

Cute cafe in the sunnyvale area. I've passed by this place multiple times, so finally decided to try it! The retail parking attached to the building could get full quickly during brunch time. There was a 30 minute wait to be seated, so my friend and I just chilled outside. I got the cafe combo which allowed me to choose either 1 pancake or 1 french toast with a side of eggs, fries, grits, or toast, and another side of bacon, sausage, hamsteak, or tomato slices. I got the french toast combo with grits, and hamsteak to switch things up, but I didn't really end up liking their grits (this was on me...) and the hamsteak was ok. I probably should've gotten the egg with bacon or sausage instead. Also got a lavender lemonade mocktail because it just sounded so good haha. Pretty standard american breakfast place with clean and new interior.

Super packed on a Sunday around noon with lots of people on the waitlist. The estimated wait time was 40 min but our table was ready in 30 min. There's a parking garage next to Keke's but it's pretty limited. Lots of parking in the nearby residential areas though. Interior is clean and has more seating than I expected. We got the eggs benedict and a free short stack of the Florida pancakes from a soft opening deal I saw on Instagram. Both were honestly just alright. The eggs benedict was pretty bland, and the potatoes were also pretty bland and on the soggy side. I needed to douse the potatoes in sauce for some added flavor. Pancakes were just average and didn't really stand out to me either. Glad I saw what the hype was about but I will likely consider other brunch spots in the future (especially considering the wait).

The number of customers walking out due to the excessive wait times is honestly surprising. Parking is very limited, and there's barely any space to comfortably wait outside. What's most disappointing is that they removed their online waitlist system, which used to make visits much more manageable. Now, I have to drive all the way there, struggle with parking, only to be told the wait is over an hour. That's just not worth it. I used to really enjoy this place, but the lack of convenience has made it hard to justify coming back. I hope they reconsider bringing the waitlist back as it made a huge difference.
