Unsure of their 2 star average reviews, but I've had pretty standard and good Mcdonald's experiences the 2 times I've stopped by or got takeout. Ordered online for pickup and dine-in before. Came recently after the snack wrap is finally back! It's a taste of childhood for me, and I remember the chicken being crispier. Overall I'm glad it's back. Fries are always consistently good which I appreciate. McFlurry is smooth and yummy. Haven't had this in a while but I remember portions being slightly bigger the last I had it.

Martina was really cool and she is always kind and polite to me. She works hard for this location and doesn't great job. She is always polite with the customers and strict when she needs to be. Every time I come into this location she asks me how I have been and always welcomes me and is super polite and friendly with me. She makes sure my order comes out pretty quick and if there's anything wrong she will make sure it's corrected

Reliable McDonald's. The Drive Thru line isn't the fastest and it's pretty cramped, but it's convenient. Usually my wife and I order on the app and then pickup in the drive thru. Sometimes we just stop by for a Dr Pepper (since it's cheaper than buying a bottle) but the soda from this location is often watered down and not super carbonated. This time I was craving a soft-serve cone. I hadn't had one from McDonalds before but it was exactly what I wanted - traditional vanilla flavor, soft texture, on a wafer cone. We also used the $1 fire coupon (with $2 order). The fries were nice and hot. Make sure to ask for ketchup or a dipping sauce because they never include any in the bag. An older style McDonald's we don't usually eat inside, I've only been inside when they forget to give me a straw. Plenty of parking since it's in a small shopping plaza, with some Tesla Superchargers in the main part of the plaza.

Worst customer service and food service , I ordered two of the hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches and picked it up from the counter, but when I came home and I took a bite from one of the sandwiches, it was the normal McChicken patty, not hot and spicy in both of them and it has happened to me 3rd time , they do not care for customers or customer service, try to avoid it if you're looking something good, if you don't believe then you can go ahead and try yourself and let us know the experience, So I will be adding the images of both the sandwiches with the the order details reciept, Anyone who goes to McDonald's and our family can tell only by seeing the look of patty that it is not hot and spicy mcchicken just a regular patty and I even tasted one of them just to make sure is it correct or not and I was right it is not hot and spicy mcchicken, Minus -10 stars for their customer service they don't even deserve a 0 , because this is not the first time it has happened more than twice at the same store.

No one at register, used kiosk to place order- got order number- to go-to pay at counter-- given order number ** no printed receipt. Waited at register, no help, 5 minutes later person arrived at register. She Asked for receipt, I provided order number, she couldn't find it. I said bye bye

this review is in regards to the new Chicken Big Mac. Personally, i am not a fan. would much rather have it with the beef patties. very happy to see they offer a non-red meat alternative to the classic. whould have much rather they made it with the Mc. Chicken paty. instead of the oversided nugget that was on mine. the location i went to, staff was amazing. as per usual! went through the drive thru, which is so fancy now.
