Wendy's Wednesday misfortune special edition meals create an uniques design along with the movie theme. It is come with a spicy nuggets, fries and cherry sundae. Nothing really special about this "Wednesday" meals. However, the purples hot sauce with jelly favorite sauce , give an uniques presentation. The cherry sundae tastes goods.

Spicy nuggets 4/5 - I love Wendy nuggets! Good flavor and comes out hot and fresh. Dipping in ranch is probably my favorite. We tried the ghost pepper ranch and it was not spicy at all. Wish it had a bit of a kick. We waited a while to get our order even though no one else was waiting for their food Restaurant is very clean

Placed an order through the app, went to pick it up, and the drive through was blocked off. Parked and my boyfriend tried to enter the establishment, but the doors were locked (and it was not even 11 pm). He patiently waited for staff to open the door. Then patiently waited for the food to be made. Of course, just my order was wrong. I got the wrong frost. I got chili cheese fries instead of the potato I ordered, we were missing BBQ sauce (added to the order), and straws. As we waited, no less than 15 other drivers tried to pick up DoorDash orders with no luck. And 40 minutes later, the "fast food" was finally fulfilled. Change your hours IN THE WENDY's APP if you don't want customers coming past your supposed closing time.

This is a pretty standard Wendy's. I don't have anything bad to say about the place. The drive-through people are always friendly and they always get my order right.

I don't think I've been to a Wendy's in years.... or at all. The parking lot is not well maintained and there is trash around. The parking lot is also not well lit. Upon going in, the place looks old and like it hasn't been updated in 20 years. I came on a slightly busy day, but the workers seemed quite impatient, and were quite direct and stern with customers. Finally, the food was quite slow - it took about 25 minutes to get a cheeseburger. It felt like an eternity.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in years, if not over a decade; for I just don't eat a lot of fast foods; except my love for FRIED chickens I was a little hungry & short on time yesterday, and also got a discount coupon on T-Mobile Tuesday, so I drove to this closest Wendy's. First, the interior was surprisingly modern due to its recent renovation. The aura & vibes are completely different than what I had expected from years of absence. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich via Wendy's app, it was again surprisingly seamless and easy. I also got to set a time as to when to pick up, not only this ensures no waiting and also the food is much fresher & warmer. People eating in seem to be enjoying themselves, and I was like in and out in mere minutes. Finally, the taste? It was quite good, just as you'd expect from a good Chicken Sandwich

Most Wendy's locations have completely given up on delivering a good burger. Dave would be very sad at the state of this company in 2025. Actually, they gave up years ago. It seems most locations precook the burgers, and they sit getting dry, waiting for someone to order. I stopped going for several years because the quality is horrible, and decided to give them a try. I asked if they could do a cook-to-order burger, and they were very polite and said "sure". I was not surprised to get the same dry, cooked-an-hour-ago burger. IMHO, the CEO needs to be replaced or get his ass in gear. The responsibility stops with him. If privately owned locations are not performing as expected, something needs to be done. However, it is not only privately owned Wendy's with this issue. Many corporate-owned locations are the same. Those seem to be hit or miss, while the private locations are almost always 100% miss. This past time, I even called the corporate complaint line, and honestly, the lady who answered acted like I interrupted her private time. I could tell she did not care whatsoever.

What horrible service here. I had to wait over 5 minutes and I was the only person in. There were 4 people and only one was doing the front and the drive through. With 4 people on site, there should be one for the front and one for drive through. Not what I was expecting.

this has to be the worst Wendy's on the planet. Service is incredibly slow, and they wanted to charge me for condiments. if the Mathilda restaurant was run like this one, no wonder they closed. the operator should sell and let someone who knows what they are doing run this store. A burger, fries, drink combo is $15. In-n-out is half the price! joe

3 strikes and you're out, Wendy's on S. Wolfe! I don't know who manages this Wendy's, but they could really care less about their job. The fries always taste like they were cooked in rancid, old oil. The burgers are all mid. And they are super stingy with giving sauces or even utensils. I asked for a spoon with my Frosty, and I was told I had to choose between having a straw or a spoon--I was not allowed to have both. Well, ok then. Never coming back her.
