Incredible food and incredible store owner. We had the eggplant noodle it was really good - the sauce was tasty and the noodles were very chewy. The tofu was good too really refreshing. The store owner Mr. Ma performed for the guests--twice!! He did that in 30 min... it was an incredible experience. Mr. Ma was an Olympics champion in 1987, and we saw a clip, too. Definitely would recommend visiting--I've had their lamb soup noodle before, and that was really good (it's on the last page of the menu).

I'm really sorry to report such a low review. Today I purchased the G13. Hometown Style Pork Rouburge. I was happy to find a place near me that has this. When I arrived I was greeted by who I presume are the owners. They were very friendly. Once I received my bag, I noticed how light it was. But I took it and drive to work. Once I arrived I opened the styrofoam box and was presented by what almost looked like just bread. Hardly any meat exposed. When I opened it, it confirmed what very little meat was inside. But I figured as long as it tasted good, it will be OK, as I have faith that the owners know what they are doing. But when I bit into it, I noted the bread was only somewhat toasted. While the edges had a toasted crispness, the bread in the middle and center was not toasted. Just like how you would receive it from the grocery store. There also was very little flavor from the meat, probably due to it being very little, as well as it wasn't seasoned much. It also was a little dry. After tax, this was basically $9. I hate to give such a low review to a mom and pop shop, but this was really a low effort result for a lot of money. I don't think I will come back as everything else is quite expensive, and I really don't want to be disappointed twice at an even higher cost. If the owners read the, I suggest to please make sure the quality of your food is always the best. You only get one chance to make or break your customer's lasting experience.

Absolutely delicious hand made noodle soups! The owners are mom and pop store and are the sweetest people checking in to make sure everything is perfect! They have a lot of tables including ones that can accommodate up to 10 people. The salt and pepper eggplant is fried to perfection and is so well seasoned. Definitely a dish to get!

Nothing special I wasn't sure what to expect but this place isn't it. We tried the noodles with black bean paste and dan dan noodles. Noodles were plain with few vegetables. Portions were small. And service was kinda slow. Rather just eat at home.

G5 Lamb with quail eggs shaved noodle The knife shaved homemade noodles is the feature here - I thought it was great, not too doughy and obviously fresh. D13 noodle with Mapo tofu A fan favorite and reminiscent of home style cooking by grandma. There's quite a bit of those analgesic schezuan peppers so buyer beware. Brown Egg A little guilty pleasure of mine. As expected, well balanced soy marination! Green beans Nicely prepared with a drizzled light bean sauce. Staff said there was a 10% discount for paying in cash - just fyi. We didn't have that much with us though. That's all...

Right as we walked in, the hostess was warm and welcoming. She has a great attitude and seemed to enjoy talking with all the customers. We ordered the following: Eggplant pork noodle (5/5) -- silky, soy sesame eggplant pork sauce with your noodle of choice (4 different variations). I got knife cut noodles and loved the chew House chow mein (4/5) -- strong on vinegar and a little bit too salty, but again really nice chewy noodles Pig feet (5/5) -- tender, slightly chewy, sticky, soy-based trotters. A must-order even if you are skeptical Overall, nice portions, reasonable prices, and tasty food.

It's a small restaurant with a little bit of charm. Didnt expect to have dinner and a show!! The food was flavorful. We were a party of 12. Ordered many dishes but forgot to take photos lol. However I really liked the beef noddle soup; noodles were hand pulled and fresh and the meat was tender. The gentleman is a 68-69 year old who did some gymnastics it was entertaining.

The owners enhanced the whole experience for my partner and I! The lady was very sweet to us and gave us recommendations on popular dishes. What we ordered: - Salt and Pepper Eggplant: This was recommended and delicious. The eggplant was very crispy and juicy on the inside. - Sichuan Style Spicy Soft Wontons: The wontons were pretty plump and the wrapper was thin. The owners were coming by and helping us mix the wonton sauce evenly every so often. - Dan Dan Noodles: so YUMMY. This was cooked well and had the perfect amount of spice and numbing. This was addicting.

Authentic Chinese noodle shop with knife-cut handmade noodles that offer plenty of options. Try their beef sirloin soup for some delicious broth with Szechuan peppers, but most of their noodle dishes are good. I did find their sauteed string beans to be a little too salty, but otherwise, it wasn't too bad. The grandparent-like staff are warm and friendly and treat you like their grandchildren. Note that there is a 10% discount if you pay with cash. They have plenty of nice wooden tables and chairs that are also able to serve larger gorups too.

Cute Chinese family-run spot! This no-frills restaurant is tucked away in a plaza with lots of parking. They have a large menu with lots of Sichuan options and even an AYCE experience for $33.95. The service is super friendly vibes and one of them has such a bright and friendly attitude! We came around 8:30pm on a Sunday and got seated immediately. This spot seems to be well loved by locals and had a bunch of food app delivery people coming in. I tried the Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles (good amount of spiciness and oil), Salt & Pepper Eggplant (PLS GET THIS), and the Spicy Chicken Gizzard (skip this one). My sister got a knife cut noodle and noodles tasted great! Dishes were flavorful and worth it!
