We went there for dinner after the Halloween street party.  Waitress was so friendly and since it was our first visit gave us some recommendations.  Goofy fries for appetizers were delicious.  Mediterranean chicken, Clinton chicken, carbonara pasta and creamy Parmesan chicken were amazing!  Definitely would recommend.

Today was our first time trying Neighborhood Grill. We went with our 18 month old.  Everything we ate was really good.  Beyond the food, I have to say this is one of the most family-friendly places I have been.  The servers were busy but still waved and played peek a boo with our baby... and not just OUR server, multiple. What really impressed me was the fact that a place this small had a changing table in one of the two, single-person bathrooms AND it wasn't labeled women's restroom.  Both single-person restrooms can be used by anyone, which means my husband could also change our baby.  That alone makes me want to spend my money here because I really appreciate that.  In addition, the chips and dip appetizer was so good and such a great portion size. My husband loved his jammin' jalapeño burger and my shrimp, broccoli and sweet potato mash were great. The prices are reasonable as well. We will be back!

First night in the area and when looking to find somewhere for our anniversary dinner...we had to try it after reading the reviews. The Cajun Shrimp and Grits was amazing!! My husband enjoyed his Braveheart Ribeye. Service was fantastic.

Home cooking. It was pretty crowded so you know it's good. Ordered my food to go. I ordered chicken and stuffing, mashed potatoes, greens, cornbread, and fried okra. ( a drink along with banana pudding included). The one thing I wasn't fond of was my fried okra was fried crispy dry. There was no substance but crispy crunchy. I will order from there again.

Enthusiastic and prompt staff and service. We were greeted and treated like regulars. One of the best hamburgers I have had at a good price. Fried mushrooms were great. Highly recommend eating here. We were passing through Clanton on I-65 from B'ham on our way home and my wife found this restaurant on the web. Wanting something different we thought we would try here. Glad we did. We'll eat here when we are in the area again.
