Besides the prices going up again ($1-2), they've replaced my favorite hot oil with sambal sauce, which I think is a bad idea. I don't believe sambal will absorb as fast as hot oil, and I imagine the giant cooking surface will be dirtier and may easily contaminate other food cooking near by. It also has a different taste and texture.

Another thing I'm gonna miss about the hot oil is the cool fire show you sometimes get if you mixed the right ingredients together. I wonder if that's the reason why they removed it? It's been around forever so I don't see why they'd wait so long.

At least my birthday sundae was upgraded a little this year...

Truly GREAT service and hospitality today from the host, grill cook, AND my server Alina (sp?) today. Really good vibes all around! The food was awesome today - everything was super fresh and flavourful. The place was nice and clean. Really a super value. I'll be back again soon.

Chang's has undergone a fantastic transformation! Before Covid we used to stay away due to cleanliness concerns, but the recent changes are impressive. The environment is now spotless, and it's become a top pick for our family.

The "make your own" food option is a hit with our kids, especially our 6-year-old who loves getting creative. Despite being cautious about buffets, Chang's has become a regular spot for us due to its family-friendly atmosphere.

As a parent, finding a place that offers both fun for the kids and healthy choices is a win. Chang's has earned its spot on our go-to list, and we look forward to more enjoyable visits. Highly recommended for families!

NOT FRIENDLY to weigh loss surgery recipients. Change is one of my favorite places to eat with my family. Having had weight loss surgery I can only eat about 6-10 bites before I have to stop. Change does offer a to-go option. I selected the to-go option on 10-10-24, received my food in its box and sat down to enjoy a meal with my husband who wanted to dine in restaurant. Staff quickly approached us ask told me I could not eat my food in the restaurant. I explained I was there to enjoy a meal with my husband and I needed accommodation. They were unwilling to allow the accommodation and my husband had to take his food in a box to go while we were asked to leave. Living 40 minutes away, our food was cold by the time we were home and I was humiliated being told I couldn’t stay in one of my favorites restaurants and having to leave in front of numerous onlookers.
No other restaurants that I know of will remove someone for ordering to go. Not family friendly, not weight loss friendly. Not disability friendly.
