Dinner at Blackout was absolutely amazing, what an experience! Having to put your cell phones and smart watches in a locker before entering and walking into the dining area in a conga line solely listening to the guidance from your server was a little nerve wracking at first, but once you sat down at your table (which was no easy feat) you began to feel somewhat “normal”. The servers are wearing night vision goggles and can see everything, meanwhile all we see is complete darkness. Having to rely solely on your sense of touch, smell, hearing and taste was pretty neat and before dinner was over we were able to grab and set back down our water goblets and alcoholic drinks with no issues. This is a SEVEN course meal, the entire pre-fixed menu is secretive at first and completely vegan!

Josh was our server and he was phenomenal, he definitely made the experience for us - we laughed until we were almost in tears through the entire night! The food was SO delicious and it was fun receiving hints and descriptions of what the food was in front of us while we would use our hands or some utensils to eat. At the end of the dinner we were so stuffed and ready to learn exactly what we ate. I would HIGHLY recommend this type of experience if you have the opportunity and if you do it in Vegas, be sure to ask for Josh!! 20/10 ⭐️

This is my second time visiting Blackout and I still love it. For starters, I can have anything on the menu because it's all vegan. The servers are funny and super helpful. There was a lady behind us who got a little panicked and they brought her a little light. I couldn't see it because my back was to her, but it's nice that they help you out if it's too much. I got the wine pairing and all of the wines were good. The food was good. The last time I was there, they didn't use fake meat, but this time they did. I think I like the old way better, but my husband likes the fake meat better. So I guess it's a matter of preference. It's really good and I think your senses are more in tune when you can't see. I'll go again for sure. I love this restaurant. I wish I could add photos, but everything was dark, so I'll just share a photo of the sign.

Our server was Kristen, she was fabulous!!! The ambience was great and we enjoyed our experience!!! The food was delicious and the music was perfect! I loved it. You get full and truly appreciate the taste of your food and it is not a rushed time. You sit and talk, laugh and explore. The food was good and nothing to be afraid of - delicious and full of flavor. Cocktails were delicious as well. It was a great way to celebrate my daughter’s birthday!

Carlos is the greatest thing to have happened to me and my mom during her trip to Vegas for my birthday!
I’m a local and have been here before. I believe I had Carlos as my waiter the first time too. He is HILARIOUS and excellent at his job. We arrived for one of the earliest reservations so we had to wait patiently for dishes to start coming out but it was no problem because we were so entertained by Carlos and tickled by the fact that we could not see a single thing! My mom and I giggled the whole time and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS! You’ll be so pleasantly surprised at the end by what you ate!

A very unique experience. We had fun trying to guess what we were eating and the food was great. The service was even better, Carlos was so fun. He was an excellent waiter and bartender. He gave clear directions navigating us to our food and drinks, Carlos deserves a raise! I'll definitely come back once they switch up the menu.

Vi kom för vår bröllopsdag. Det var en otrolig upplevelse. Vår server Bree var så söt och förklarade allt riktigt bra. Det fanns ett par stora (8 personer) fester, men det tog inte bort från upplevelsen. Du vill verkligen inte förstöra upplevelsen för andra genom att ta in ljuskällor, eller vara avskyvärt högljudd. Det kändes riktigt skönt att vara ”urkopplad” och njuta av min mans sällskap. Vi hade en bra tid att försöka gissa smakerna.

Denna upplevelse var FANTASTISK! ! Jag rekommenderar starkt. Jag kan inte riktigt betygsätta stämningen, haha eftersom det var mörkt. Det var skitkul. Fråga efter Joshua som server. Gå bara!

Överlägset en av de bästa matupplevelser jag någonsin har haft. Det var något som jag aldrig kommer att glömma. Vår server, Cheyanne gjorde upplevelsen så fantastisk och minnesvärd. Jag rekommenderar detta till alla som besöker Las Vegas Vegas - missa inte det!

Spektakulärt. IT var lite nervöst i början, men efter några minuter sätter man sig till rätta. Resan till bordet är en bIT knepigt, men vi gjorde det utan några stötar eller blåmärken. Maten var enastående. Bara tillräckligt för att bli mätt, men inte tillräckligt för att äta för mycket. Vi åt alla våra meny IT tillsammans och diskuterade vad det var vi åt. Vi hade så mycket mycket fel (de visar menyn i slutet) . Ovanför IT var vår servitör Josh. Han skämtade med oss, berättade historier och accepterade till och med vår råa humor. Plus att vi båda är vänsterhänta, så det placerar oss automatiskt i den coola barnklubben. På toppen av sin personlighet var han också mycket uppmärksam, gav oss tydliga instruktioner om hur man hittar och äter vår nästa gång. Och mest imponerande, såg till att våra drinkar var fyllda vilket inte kan vara lätt med mörkerseende glasögon. Rekommenderar starkt till någon i Vegas området. Behöver också skrika ut servitrisen jag döpte till "terminator" som välte stolen. IT var bra, men vi skyllde IT på Josh.

Min man ville gå och prova detta så vår son tog honom i födelsedagspresent. Fyra av oss hade en stor servitör Regan - hon var mycket uppmärksam och hjälpsam. Jag var trött på att prova detta men det var bättre än väntat. Mat mycket bra & menyn ändras från tid till annan. De berättar vad du åt i slutet av måltiden. Kan inte ta bilder på menyn så kan inte dela. Prova det - - verkligen en unik upplevelse! Kan inte ta bilder inomhus.

Min man och jag kom för vår årsdag och hade en mycket bättre tid än vi förväntade oss. Det är verkligen PITCH BLACK DARK. Jag trodde att dina ögon skulle anpassa sig till mörkret men det är en helt annan upplevelse. Det är så kul att prova alla olika livsmedel till varje rätt och försöka gissa vad de är. Jag måste säga att det inte fanns så mycket mat dock, mycket små portioner. Definitivt en rolig upplevelse!

En mycket unik upplevelse. Servicen var förstklassig. Maten var utmärkt. Det var intressant hur dina smaklökar vaknar och de olika mattexturerna blir så viktiga. Jag har verkligen haft hela upplevelsen och skulle definitivt göra det igen! Drinken "Onyx" var över toppen! Kocken var fantastisk och de har en stor bartender också! Skulle starkt rekommendera!

Jag åkte hit för 3 månader sedan med min familj. Jag tänker inte ljuga, att äta i kolsvart var lite oroande i början. Vi vande oss vid det. Det var dock inte så mycket upplevelsen utan maten. 3 månader senare pratar vi fortfarande om denna måltid. Utan tvekan en av de bästa måltider jag någonsin haft. Och vi gick till och med till Gordon Ramsey biff när vi var i Vegas. Det här stället var mycket bättre. Det är utan tvekan värt att gå till. Åh och servicen var utmärkt.

Beläget i en till synes sjabbig och ganska icke-beskrivande del av LV, den första erfarenheten var inte stor som incheckningsfunktionen hanteras av två unga medarbetare bäst kan beskrivas som rusade och curt. Det ändrades tack och lov när vi så småningom satt som vår server var stor. Maten lämnade dock mycket övrigt att önska som väldigt oinspirerad, full av kolhydrater och absolut inte gourmet. Så slutklämmen stor en av erfarenhet av att äta i totalt mörker... men gå inte dit för maten ensam.

Detta var fantastiskt! Min son och jag gick och vi hade en fantastisk tid. Carlos hade så bra energi och maten var så god! Detta är en vegansk restaurang, men vi köttätare verkligen haft det!

Vilken fascinerande upplevelse. Gästerna äter i kolsvart rum. Inget ljus. 7 rätters måltid du inte kan se. Du vet inte vad det är förrän du går. Maten var utsökt. Servicen var underbar. Man måste vara öppen för att prova något helt annat.

Vi åt på Blackout middagar förra veckan när vi var i Vegas. Vi letade efter något annat att göra i Vegas och detta var absolut en höjdpunkt! Vi hade turen att ha Zee som vår servitör. Vi var tvungna att plocka upp allt som kan göra ljus innan vi går in i matsalen. De tillåter dig att Elton acklimatiseras till mörkret innan du placerar din grupp i en Kongo-linje för att få dig till ditt bord. Zee var fantastisk! Han höll oss informerade om vad som hände, och han var super snygg! Det var en så spännande upplevelse att ha mitt partis röster från ingenstans medan vi skrattade och pratade om upplevelsen. Maten var god. Det fanns inte massiva mängder av det per kurs, vilket jag personligen gillade, eftersom det tillät mig att äta alla 7! kurser. Vi hade några stora killar i vårt parti och de tyckte alla att portionsstorlekar var helt rätt också. Det var fantastiskt att prata om vad vi alla tyckte att vi äter också, eftersom det fanns många olika gissningar. Jag måste ta reda på det i slutet av middagen. Sammantaget var det en mycket trevlig upplevelse och jag skulle göra det igen! !

Vi bokade efter att ha undersökt BLACKOUT. Vi hade aldrig ätit i mörkret förut. Jag har matallergier så att veta att maten var växtbaserad och de har en glutenfri meny verkligen sätter mig på lugn. Vi anlände och hälsades av en vänlig ung dam. Hon checkade in oss och gav oss vårt skåp för personliga tillhörigheter. Vår server, Kory, kom ut och presenterade sig själv för oss.
