Warning, they put a lot of meat and veggies into the sandwiches, so expect to be completely full off of 1 sandwich. This is the first Cambodian restaurant in North Las Vegas, in which the literal translation of the shop means "bread" in their native language. The decor and scenery make it a serene viewing pleasure to enjoy the lunches. If you ever tried Lee's Sandwiches on Spring Mountain or any Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi), then this is similar to it but with a lot more portion and flavors. It's absolutely delicious, and I was told they serve some more traditional foods on the weekends, so hopefully, I can try some real authentic Cambodian food next time.

First Cambodian shop in Vegas that we could find. I asked for a recommendation since I've never had a sandwich from Cambodia before. And it was great 👍  didn't disappoint.

They have music in khmer, my wife loved it. Reminded her of home!

I had the chicken curry with noodles instead of rice,  the papaya salad ( I requested it fermented, kind of fishy but that’s the way I like it, I took it home to eat with rice and steak! ), spring rolls & the Khmer coffee. Everything was up to standard and even reminds me of my grandmas cooking!! I love this place & will be a regular here. Everyone working there is so kind & very welcoming.

We were driving down Rancho when we noticed this new spot had just opened, so my wife and I decided to give it a try for dinner. Let me tell you, I'm so glad we did!

Even though they were about to close when we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly and happily invited us in to place a to-go order. That level of hospitality already set a great tone for the experience.

We decided to try three sandwiches: the Nom Pang Special and the Pork Belly, and while they were preparing our order, we struck up a wonderful conversation with the staff. We learned that it's a family-owned business, and they shared how excited they were to be in this location. Their passion for what they do was evident and made us feel even more excited to try their food. About six minutes later, our order was ready, neatly packed up, and we were on our way home.

As soon as we got home, we opened up the Nom Pang Specials and took our first bites. Wow—what an experience! Each bite was bursting with flavor. The bread had the perfect balance of crunch and softness, and the fillings were fresh and incredibly seasoned. We savored every bite, enjoying the unique spices and textures. After finishing the Nom Pang, we moved on to the Pork Belly sandwich, sharing halves. It was equally amazing—rich, tender, and packed with bold flavors that were perfectly balanced.

What stood out about this experience wasn’t just the mind-blowing sandwiches, but the whole package: the warm welcome, the genuine connection with the staff, and the clear passion they put into their craft. This isn’t just another sandwich spot—it’s a gem that feels like home.

We’re thrilled to have discovered this place and are already planning our next visit. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out—you’ll be just as impressed as we were!

Omg! Would not have known that a Khmer restaurant is here till my daughter told me to try it out.  It’s so good, we ordered only 3 dishes and still have leftovers.  I’m a restaurant owner myself , so it’s nice to get that friendly vibe from the owner who was very polite and gave me lots of feedback and advice! 100 percent recommending this to all the locals and far away.  I’m from California only here to see Bruno Mars concert and I was told about this little gem. I’m glad I got to experience home away from home food.
