If I could give 100 stars I would. One of the best meals I’ve ever had! We chose for the waiter to pick out a mix of raw and cooked dishes. The waygu is an experience!!! The sea bass is was my favorite. The sushi was SO fresh!!!!

Food is okay for me. A little exotic. Which is fine. But if you prefer standard options this isn't the place for you. One of our party ordered sushi and loved it. My wife and I ordered several different items and didn't particularly care for it.

The primary reason for the three-star review was because the waiter we had wasn't very friendly. Bordering on rude, actually. We asked him about some of the items and he acted as if he didn't have time to go into it. It was also difficult to get his attention when he wanted something extra, or even to to get the check.

Seems popular though.. I would suggest a reservation during busy times.

I’ve dined here several times for group dinners, and it was always solid. Recently, I stopped by for a quick solo lunch and was truly impressed by the hospitality of Fern and Jade near the front bar. I enjoyed a beer and a couple of outstanding rolls in a relaxed atmosphere with impeccable service. It can be pricey, but that’s expected for Vegas, let alone sushi! I’ll definitely be back - thank you!

This place is beautiful and has some good quality food. Service is also good, but does get a little slow at times. The sushi tray and Uni was great. Definitely worth a pit stop.

Grabbed a quick bite prior to heading to LAS. Quite impressive food with decent service and ambience. Bit loud as it was Friday evening but I guess normal for Friday pm. Ordered Edamame, sake steamed clams, Rock shrimp tempura, spicy tuna roll, salmon avocado roll & tiger maki. All tasted great & right but grand slammers were steamed clams & rolls. Perfectly level of source & season. Rice was extremely well cooked & prepared. Very well done!!! Definitely will come again for my future Vegas visits.

Maten var bra men inte enastående. Personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Cocktails väldigt kreativa och mumsiga. Visuellt underhållande atmosfär. Priserna är rimliga.

Maten är utmärkt och servitrispersonalen var alla mycket vänlig. Vi gjorde Taste of Samba ($ 100 per person) och detta gjorde ingen besviken! Mer än tillräckligt med mat för 4 av oss och vackert presenterade. Den enda anledningen till att jag inte gav en 5-stjärnig recension var detta: Vi reserverade under Taste of Samba reservation avsnitt och det visade vår bokning var från 5 : 15 - 6 : 45 . Att inte vara van vid att ha ett slut - tid jag tänkte att det var en populär restaurang och med prefixe menyn de bara tillät 90 minuter, vilket fungerade bra för konserten vi var på efteråt. Tyvärr klockan 7 : 10:00 hade vi fortfarande 2 kurser att gå! Vi var tvungna att begära de sista två kurserna samtidigt och det var lite bråttom för inte bara oss utan den vänliga servitrisen också. Dessutom angavs klädkoden som ”smart casual” och specifikt sades inga strandkläder eller flip flops. Så det var lite irriterande att människorna framför oss hade shorts och flip flops på sig men satt ändå. Så varför lägga ut en klädkod om den inte kommer att upprätthållas? Återigen maten är utmärkt och servitrispersonalen mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående!

Sushi Samba var en slumpmässig men trevlig fynd. Denna inte så dolda pärla ligger i Palazzo Grand Canal Shoppes när man kommer in från bron som löper över gatan som ansluter till Wynn egendom. Det är lätt att gå förbi eftersom det finns många restauranger i hela orterna, varav många är dyra och lämnar något övrigt att önska när det gäller matkvalitet och smak. Den här restaurangen var inte en sån. Min fru och jag hamnade där slumpmässigt efter att ha vandrat runt i butikerna vi ville ha ett ställe att ta en snabb bit. Detta var en av de få restauranger runt som faktiskt var öppen för lunch så vi bestämde oss för att prova det. Restaurangen är en blandning av Japanska och peruanska rätter. Jag brukar inte gilla fusionsmat som den eftersom den tenderar att vara dåligt utförd och mer gimmicky än något annat, dock levererade denna restaurang på temat. Servicen var vänlig från början till slut. Vi möttes och satt direkt. Restaurangen hade en trevlig avkopplande atmosfär. Det var inte överfullt och var tyst och lätt att ha en konversation i. Maten var mycket väl utförd (rekommenderar starkt ceviches, miso havsabborre och bananchoklad med flytande kolasås). Det som var mest imponerande var vår server. Vi hade planer på att äta på en buffé den kvällen och så ville vi inte ha för mycket till lunch. Vi hade ursprungligen varit intresserade av avsmakningsmenyn prissatt till $ 100 per person. Vår server påpekade snabbt att det är en bra mängd mat och förmodligen inte vad vi vill ha om vi planerar en allt du kan äta senare på kvällen. Han gav oss bra rekommendationer för mat. Det var ett par andra saker vi ville prova men återigen rekommenderade vår server att vi börjar med det vi redan hade beställt och se om vi vill ha mer senare när vi skulle äta en lättare lunch. Till hans ära hade han helt rätt. Vi har haft varje maträtt vi hade och mängden mat var bara perfekt. Han försökte inte sälja mer till oss och berättade även när vi skulle dra tillbaka när han trodde att vi kunde vara över beställning. Hans ärlighet var uppfriskande och hans rekommendationer var utmärkta. Det slutade med att vi gick tillbaka nästa dag för avsmakningsmenyn och lyckligtvis slutade med samma server!

Vi bodde på Palazzo hotel, och denna restaurang ligger mycket nära gästhissarna på Grand Canal Shops nivå. 
Äntligen en Vegas restaurang med generöst utrymme mellan borden! 
Min första cocktail, en läcker drink baserad på Yuzu och lite sprit, serverades tyvärr i ett litet (två klunkar) glas. Med en rejäl prislapp. Men min andra drink med Kobe tvättad whisky hade en standardstorlek och var också god. 
Vi hade fantastisk mat! Sushi, ostron, ramen och smällare räkor var alla beredda till perfektion.

Maten och atmosfären var perfekt för en chill sushi middag innan Beyonce. Jade rekommenderade havsabborre och missade inte!

Åkte över på lunch igår efter att ha besökt the Sphere. Snygg meny, med massor att välja mellan. Vi började med Pao de Queijo, som var bra. Min fru njöt verkligen av sin Kobe Gyoza, och jag min Antioccho Ribeye. Christin var vår server och hon var vänlig, kontrolleras tillbaka för att se hur vi var, och inte auktionera bort maten. Hittills den näst bästa måltiden vi ätit i Vegas. Väl värt ett besök. Priserna är höga, men det är Vegas, så det är vad det är.

Har varit på Sushi Samba i Edinburgh och London och stämningen och atmosfären är en miljon gånger bättre så jag blev besviken att detta låg i vad som kändes som ett ganska övergivet köpcentrum. 

Vi bokade bord men satt bredvid de obebodda butikerna och sedan inne i restaurangen som var väldigt mörk - ok för middag men för lunch ett nej från mig. 
Vi valde då att sitta i baren, personalen var vänlig men inte särskilt uppmärksam. 

De har också stora TV-apparater som spelar sport i baren / restaurangområdet som jag aldrig kommer att förstå som europé det totalt sänker klassen för mig, vilket skapar onödig “underhållning”. 

Maten en drink var gudomlig. Som alltid är sushin underbar - vi hade kryddig tonfisk, kungskrabba och krabbmaki med misosoppa och edamame och det var perfekta portioner och smaken var utmärkt. 
Jag beställde ett glas champagne som inte var tillräckligt kallt och i ett hemskt glas som liknade ett stort martiniglas. Dock hade jag då en kryddig margarita som var perfekt. 
Jag skulle gå tillbaka för en snabb lätt bit och cocktail eller en arbetsmiddag men definitivt inte för en middag datum.

Min fru och jag bestämde oss för att ta en liten bit att äta medan du passerar. Lyckligtvis var det inte upptaget och vi satt direkt. 

Vi ville inte mycket och så sushi var perfekt. 

Vår server var kunnig om menyn och glutenfria alternativ eftersom jag är en celiaki och gav GF sojasås. 

Mat och dryck serveras snabbt i en mycket trevlig miljö och allt var mycket välgjord. 

Vi skulle definitivt återvända.

Bra fusion av japanska, peruanska och brasilianska kök. Restaurangen är en mardröm att lokalisera, eftersom skyltningen i hela Venetian är nästan obefintlig. Lämna extra tid för att hitta den! Maten i sig är fantastisk, särskilt Anticuchos. Jag skulle starkt rekommendera dessa unika grillspett, särskilt havsabborre — även om revbensspett och fläskmage var väldigt goda också. Service av en ung kvinna som heter Beata var enastående - vänlig, effektiv och hjälpsam. Priserna är mycket höga, men jag antar att med tanke på närheten till sfären, och priset på dessa biljetter... ja, det är väntat. Trevlig atmosfär, men bullrigt.

Bra smak men saknar matalternativ, de har ett litet urval av 5 eller 6 sushirullar och maten kommer i små portioner. Jag försökte beställa en sake men de var slut på vad jag ville ha och rekommenderade en liknande men den var inte likadan och absolut ingen smak. Saken var också långt överprissatt, jag hittade samma flaska för 50 $ mindre än vad de säljer den för där.
