This Gem , in the cellar of the 4queens is a treasure worth discovering.   We found this restaurant 30 years ago,  and we come back when we visit Vegas.   Jon Simmons, the sommelier, has been here since 1984,  and has welcomed us every time .   His wine picks are absolutely amazing.   We had seafood and it was amazing.   Their salads are handmade at the table.    Dress up and treat yourself like Royalty by eating here.

Absolutely a must. Lived in Vegas my whole life, Im 44, and only went there tonight. The atmosphere was amazing and so was the food and service. The food was really delicious, you can tell the quality and pride put into every dish. Will definitely return in the near future.

I first visited Hugo’s Cellar 16 years ago, and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. Coming back after all these years, I’m happy to say it was just as amazing as I remembered!

From the impeccable service to the classic, old-school steakhouse ambiance, this place is truly a hidden gem in Las Vegas. The attention to detail, from the tableside salad to the perfectly cooked steak, makes for an unforgettable dining experience.

We were stuck in traffic so we arrived 20 minutes late for our reservation. My wife called ahead letting the restaurant know of our predicament. They were so nice. They said they will always hold tables for someone thoughtful enough to call. The service is top notch. The value for price is wonderful. The table side salad is amazing and my steak was perfect. As you can tell, I will not be coming back to Las Vegas without visiting Hugo’s Cellar. Thank everyone there for the truly wonderful experience.

Outstanding steakhouse and spectacular service.  Everything was cooked to perfection.  They make a salad at your table to order.  Food came out quick.  Great atmosphere... felt like old school Vegas.

Omg! Hur har jag aldrig varit här? Jag älskade verkligen denna plats! Det påminde mig om det andra kända stekstället i stan. Om du vet att du vet. De har en salladsbar vid bordet som de tar med till dig. Det var så gott! Brödet var fantastiskt. Biffen var fantastisk. De ger dig även chokladtäckta jordgubbar, och hallonglass för att rengöra paletten, och du får en ros! Detta var så bra! Allt var fantastiskt. Dessertvagnen ser fantastisk ut men jag var så cool. De gör också en bords körsbär Jubilee och bananer foster. Jag kan fortfarande inte tro det. Jag har aldrig varit här. En vän till en vän hade en i stan och detta är deras favoritställe och de går varje år och jag antar att det är för att jag sällan är i centrum, men det var fantastiskt eftersom de validerar din parkering så att du kan parkera precis där. De har fantastiska smutsiga martinis och serveringsstorleken är enorm! Servicen var fantastisk och atmosfären är typ av romantisk faktiskt, riktigt söt. Man går nerför trappan och det känns som man går in i gamla Vegas, vilket jag absolut älskar! Jag kan inte vänta med att åka hit igen!

Mycket förfinad men om du inte ser delen du blir ignorerad. Ganska trångt om du inte sitter i en båda. Borden kändes som om du var utställd och i en gång.

Blev imponerad av atmosfären och lång - stem rose ges till min dag men det var det bästa av vår erfarenhet. Vi beställde båda laxen som var överkokt och torr. Min dejts vitlöksmos var kallt liksom mina au gratängpotatisar. Serveringspersonalen kom inte förbi för att titta till oss så efter att jag flaggat ner dem och kommenterat måltiden tog de med en ny sida vitlökspotatis men uppgav att det är så de förbereder laxen och vi borde ha begärt att den ska tillagas kortare. Vad? Sallad var ganska god och lavakaka var god.

Denna plats har mycket att njuta av. Servicen är fantastisk. Varje kvinna får en lång stjälk ros vid ingången. Cocktailarna var bra. Var och en kom i sin egen ishink så att du kan hålla din dryck kall medan du fyller på den. Salladen tillagades vid bordet enligt dina specifikationer. De erbjöd en gomrengöring mellan rätterna. Måltiden avslutades med chokladtäckt frukt. n
Tyvärr var ankan HEMSK! Skalet var segt och gummiaktigt och köttet var grått. Våra vänner hade revbensspjäll på det såg utsökt ut. Jag brukar älska anka men det här var det värsta jag någonsin haft. Jag rekommenderar att du håller dig till biffarna för att undvika besvikelse.

Maten var god, men inte enastående. Jag har haft australiensisk hummerstjärt tidigare och tyckte generellt IT var en bättre smakande hummerstjärt. Den här var genomsnittlig i bästa fall. Biffen var mycket bra, igen, bara inte enastående. Servicen var mycket bra och bananas foster var riktigt bra.

Rekommenderas till oss av en ny Vegas vän. Bra fynd. Gömd nedanför ett kasino i gamla Vegas. Servitörer i vitt och svart. Gammaldags service.

Rekommenderar starkt denna gamla skolan Vegas steakhouse. Beläget under kasinogolvet, har denna plats en stor vibe. Utmärkt nötkött och räkor. Rekommenderar starkt om du är i Downtown Vegas! !

Denna restaurang är mycket dyrt. Revbensspjället var tuggigt och hela förrätten inklusive potatismos och brysselkål var extremt salt. Sommelieren var snorig, resten av servicen var genomsnittlig. Spara lite pengar och gå till Steak n Shake bredvid.

Om du letar efter bang för pengarna är detta platsen. Jag älskar atmosfären och känslan i rummet. Alla damer hälsas av värdinnan med en nyskuren ros. Personalen är förstklassig och tar hand om dina behov som din enda gäst. Maten är enastående. De ger en hussallad gjord vid ditt bord, en sorbet för att rengöra din pall och chokladtäckta jordgubbar på huset. Jag har varit här många gånger genom åren och kommer att fortsätta in i framtiden.

Dold pärla! Maten, urvalet och servicen var fenomenal. Maten var vällagad, smakrik, stora proportioner och med priset. Martini med blå ostoliver gjordes perfekt! Vi kommer definitivt att besöka varje gång i Fremont street.

Jag älskade atmosfären, bordssalladen var trevlig. MEN revbenet var segt, jag fick fel sida av potatisen, vi fick ta en servitör från ett annat bord för en kaffepåfyllning. När vi serverades vår huvudrätt, var servitören försvunnen tills det var dessertdags. Jag skulle inte rekommendera , köttkvaliteten var mycket nedslående, jag var tvungen att såga igenom mitt medium sällsynta prime revben. Det var inte värt $ 25 , än mindre $ 85 ish. , jag har haft mycket bättre prime rib på kedjerestauranger.

Medelmåttig i bästa fall. Min 99 dollar nötkött Wellington var smaklös. Sidorna var bra men överlag en besvikelse. Personalen är ouppmärksam. Höjdpunkten var sommelier och bra vinlista. Tack så mycket!

Besökte på Alla hjärtans dag och den första frågan som ställdes var om vi hade några allergier. JA, SKALDJUR! Servitören skrev in det i sin beställningstablett och sedan fortsatte de med att servera mig en salladsdressing innehållande ansjovis. Att tillbringa kvällen med våldsamt sjuka kräkningar på Fremont Street är inte särskilt trevligt. Jag meddelade restaurangen och fick veta att jag lämnade restaurangen så jag kunde inte bevisa att det var en allergi orsakad av dem, vilket tyder på att dricka var inblandat trots att det inte fanns någon alkohol på min nota. Jag begärde återbetalning och blev tillsagd att bestrida det med mitt kreditkortsföretag. Tråkig kundservice verkligen för att inte tala om faran som orsakas av att utlösa en skaldjursallergi. Varit i Hugos källare flera gånger och det aldrig misslyckas med att tillfredsställa. Tjänsten är oöverträffad. Den totala upplevelsen är alltid på punkt. Damerna får alltid en ros och servicen bara rampar upp därifrån. Hugo's känns som en dold pärla men den är alltid fullpackad när jag varit där. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera att du gör reservationer. Allt på menyn är utmärkt från biffar till skaldjur. Det är verkligen en matupplevelse. Vegas har många bra steakhouses och Hugo's förtjänar en plats bland dem. Jag kan fortsätta. Gå och tacka mig sen.
