I recently dined at Fuse Global Cuisine in Naples. The food was definitely better than average – fresh ingredients and well-executed flavors. I had a salad with burrata, bluefin tuna, and watermelon, which was a nice balance of creamy, savory, and sweet. However, the price was shocking: $73 for the salad alone felt way over the top, even for high-quality ingredients.

The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was attentive, but the value just didn’t match the cost. It’s hard to justify those prices when there are plenty of great dining options in Naples offering better value.

Would I recommend it? Only if you’re not concerned about price. Otherwise, there are more reasonably priced spots with equally good food nearby.

Unfortunately NOT a wow factor. Coming from Chicago...knowing burgers and bbq..
The burger was nowhere near the quality it should of been for the price of 34 bucks.
The patty should of been more flattened to accommodate the bun size, not a over size meatball  , also seasoned better, at the most a 16.00 burger. But named  "millionaire burger".
Bbq beans..way under cooked,  the beans were hard not soft as most bbq recipes call for.
Coleslaw was doable but not in my top 20.
Chicken breast was dry.
Brisket was decent flavor but on the drier side. Ordered a full pound.
Corn bread was good and the butter matched .
Service at first was informative with the answers we needed ..but after it dropped off unfortunately the food came out pretty slow , a few mistakes on the sides which were corrected.
Overall I believe I got scammed by the word " bbq" in the name . Hoped for more of a bbq type place .
I passed up 4 other restaurants with bbq menus.
Oh well lesson learned .
Also mind you , my son and I bought the burger and brisket the rest was sides and 1 chicken breast for the 3 women,and  1 cocktail ..the bill was 152.00 . Not happy but if your looking for a bar . Enjoy

We just finished up another amazing meal. We’ve eaten here multiple times & always try to bring out of town guests. Their food is always fresh & delicious. They also have all of their gluten free items marked on the menu. Love their bbq & their collard greens are to die for. Their newest item on the menu is the burnt ends & the boneless short ribs.

Stopped by for the first time today with a friend. Had an excellent lunch, started off with 2 brisket tacos( their daily special) and those were packed with flavor, fresh onions, guac, and tender juicy brisket. We then split a BBQ platter and everything on there was absolutely delicious. I wish I had more of the pork ribs, they were to die for. Sides were fine, nothing to write home about.
Atmosphere is great, very quiet and not like your typical loud and noisy BBQ place. Very good place for lunch, business or casual. Highly recommend.

We love this place! I recommend the brisket. It was perfection the tenderness and flavor, the cocktails were fun and tasty. We'll be back for sure!
