An incredible dining experience! Our server, Phil, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The food was easily the best Italian I’ve had in the Denver area, with a personal touch that set it apart. The atmosphere was intimate and never felt too busy, making it perfect for a relaxed evening. The entire staff was amazing, and this place is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. Prices were very reasonable, which was a pleasant surprise, it's still expensive but for what you get it's very reasonable. A heads-up: reservations are essential as they’re only open from 5-9 pm. While there are walk-ins available at the bar, it’s a tight and competitive spot. Highly recommend!

It’s always a great experience dining here. Either for a regular dinner or a special occasion, we have never tried a dish that we didn’t like.
The service is top notch. The waiters are very knowledgeable and friendly.
There is some changes in the menu around the year which is really good that we get to try different foods every time we come here.
I highly recommend this restaurant!

Olivia is simply wonderful! From the atmosphere to the friendly a service to the absolutely delicious food, this restaurant has it all! We sat at the community table and just so happened to be next to friends we knew. The cocktails were lovely and the pasta was incredible. I’m gluten free and they had so many options, including gluten free focaccia and pasta! And their desserts were gluten free as well (hello cheesecake!) We’ll definitely be back, this is an amazing spot!

We had a great time here! Exceptional service, wonderful atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious, I loved the arancini and the pecorino cheesecake, so good! We were celebrating and they also brought us some champagne for the table. Overall wonderful experience at Restaurant Olivia.

I’ll be honest. I was extremely hesitant to come here. I was visiting from Miami and coming to celebrate my fiancés birthday and wasn’t sure it was going to be a good pick based on atmosphere from the pictures online. It was such a pleasant surprise. Entering it was romantic and the lighting made it so that every table seemed so private and cozy. The service was immaculate the pasta was the best pasta I have ever had in my life. We got the whipped bison tallow with the focaccia and my taste buds threw a party. The peppers were soft and crunchy, the Calabrian chili gastrique and the gooseberry’s were the perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The olive oil cake was light and fluffy it was the perfect treat for after dinner. We left satisfied and perfectly full. If I lived in Denver I would go ever weekend and indulge in the deliciousness that they have to offer.
