After I was involved in an accident around the I-91 and I-84 interchange I was happy the tow truck driver dropped me off at Enterprise in East Hartford. From the moment I arrived until they got me on the road, the staff was friendly and courteous. Whole I was on the phone with my insurance company several busy employees stopped to ask if I was being helped. Erica went over the car with me in detail and discussed the plans and coverages with me thoroughly. After a few hours of driving the car later that day I noticed something about it that prompted me to reach out. These things happen sometimes but the Management team was very apologetic and insisted I swap out the car at my convenience. Phil and Travers were very helpful through the process. I just wanted to say that you for their effort and level of care while I navigate a difficult time following the crash.

Easy as 1-2-3! It was a good experience as I usually have with Enterprise. It's very rare I've ever encountered issues. The rental process was seamless as I reserved the vehicle online for same day pick up. The staff was extremely helpful and polite in person and over the phone. They also have a good process for social distancing in place, I could tell the cleaning standards for each car are being taken seriously. Upon receiving the rental I was informed it was upgraded since my initial selected car was still being cleaned. I happily accepted the free upgrade and it was even quicker returning it! I highly appreciated that my deposit was also returned to me the very next business day. The benefits of being an Enterprise Plus member are good. Enterprise is always my first choice.

Please read this review if you are shopping at Enterprise East Hartford car sales. I recently purchased a vehicle from there, I was promised my second key fob, it has been over three months. You will get i did not receive your email, my voicemail was full , I was on vacation. Unfortunately once you sign those papers and drive off the lot unless you are buying another vehicle you will not be helped. They will not return emails phone calls , I had to file a review and complaint with the BBB and I have to hire an attorney to get reimbursed or my key from Enterprise East Hartford Car Sales. It is really sad and shameful to be treated like This I waited I was very nice but at the end of the day I was a fool to trust them.

Beware: this location is CLOSED on SUNDAYS! I made a reservation for today 4/30/23 and got there at 11:40am to find out they were never open but the APP took the Reservation. My cost was only supposed to be $214 but when I called up Customer Service, she forwarded my call to the Escalation Dept. my situation went from worse to disastrous.. the Escalation Dept charged me almost $200 more for the same rental, which I had to decline. Now I'll miss work all week u til my own personal vehicle is repaired. They need to fix their hours on the Site & APP!

This enterprise location has great customer service. I stopped in to see if I could exchange my rental from another enterprise location. The staff was very helpful and got me into a great vehicle.

I went to return the rental at enterprise went home left my charger in the rental plugged in and went back to get it cause they told me no one else rented the car yet all they did was wash the car and when I got there the charger was no where to be found I ask the manager and one other employee that was there they both said no charger around I told them I wanted my charger back they said we aren't paying you for your charger. It was a $30 charger and they charged my card for $93 these people are THIEVES they will take anything you leave the car this is my last time I'm renting with these people

Great employees. Always go above and beyond. But..... The cars are not in the best shape. A lot of vehicles with the smell of smoke. Cigarettes,etc. wish they had the same quality and standards as the other company they own(National). National is the spoiled child that gets clean clothes and Enterptise is the lil brother that only gets hand me downs and leftovers.

I went into Enterprise to return my car and I was greeted by Phil, which by the way was an exceptional employee. he answer all of my questions and explain everything to me fully. he helped explain everything in detail that I didn't even have to ask questions and he made it easy for me to rent another car. I recommend this guy and enterprise to anyone who's interested in the car and want some good help.
