Super Tuesday, wasn't Super at all. Online order 8 piece chicken for 10 bucks is not true, you pay 17 bucks that's including taxes. That wasn't the issue, the problem the chicken was not cooked thoroughly, over salted. They did tell they had to substitute breast pieces with extra crispy because they didn't have any original pieces cooked. (Personally, I think laziness not to open an bag and cooked dam chicken.) Would I purchase chicken from this location. Nope!

Clean place and fresh chicken. I ordered from the app and it was ready when we arrived . Service is very good. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Very helpfull and friendly staff. Order comes out fast, hot and correct everytime. The place is kept clean and neat for a fast food restaurant. The only downside to this place is the entrance, it is very difficult to turn from the main street and it is very narrow, be aware of this when approaching the restaurant. Either carryout or dine in this is a good choice for a quick family meal.

The food is just okay, fine for those days that you're working from home and into the night. But the service that my partner experienced at this storefront was beyond disrespectful today. We order mostly delivery but have ordered in person a handful of times. My partner walked in to ask a simple question and the kid working at the register was unnecessarily rude. He clearly changes his attitude towards men and women . Always very polite to anyone he assumes is a female patron and extremely rude to male patrons. I witnessed it again this evening. An unnecessary amount of attitude was given to my partner who was more than polite to him. There are plenty of people in this area who refuse to say simple pleasantries or use respectful tones, so for that kid to try and flash an ego was ridiculous, especially in front of other patrons. Everyone deserves the energy they give out. We're no better than him, and he is no better than us. Check your employees. One day he may give the right attitude to the wrong one, someone with little self control who will happily argue with him. We will spend our money elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.

Something's wrong here. KFC is a favorite "guilty pleasure" that we re-visit when in need of a taste of a childhood treat. We don't go here for anything but the "original recipe;" the grilled and "extra-crispy" we can go to a real restaurant for. Similarly, when we go to McDonald's, it's only for the Big Mac and the shoestring fries. It is what it is. On a recent visit the store manager was astoundingly rude. Astoundingly. I'd love to attribute this to a language barrier, but I heard him communicating effectively with someone else in the restaurant. And mind you, I'm not combative and actually get along with people very well. One of the individuals he talked to was a fellow who'd actually asked me for a dollar in the parking lot. And I could be wrong, but I could swear I heard the manager's lone assistant say to me "why're you sweatin' my boy?" The answer, my friend, is 'cause I don't want to give him a dollar. In a parking lot, in Hartford, at ten o'clock at night. We lodged a complaint, on-line, with KFC because of the fact that it just seemed that nobody was watching the store. Worse, even though the store was recently renovated and the parking lot behind it well-lit, they couldn't seem to manage the crowd of thugs hanging out in the lot and in the store. It was scary to the three people in my car, who locked themselves in -- while it took me literally 40 minutes to get an order of chicken. I only waited because I'd paid for it. We'll travel to the one in New Britain, or on New Britain Avenue in Hartford, in the future.

I put 3 because of what I saw made me kinda nervous about ordering a pizza from there. I was there just yesterday 2/12/21. And as I'm waiting for my order - I noticed that one of the workers. While wearing plastic gloves she touched her shirt, apron and face, shirt to sneeze. Than proceeded to remove them to prep a pizza to order. She never washed her hands at no point in time.

I would give them a 5 star if only they sold extra crispy that wasn't spicy, and if the entrance/exit was bigger and not as narrow. the food is always good and the prices could be cheaper, but that's what you get with inflation.
