Came here from Bingo Loco and let me tell you it was LOCO! This isn't your traditional "B1, 075...BINGO"... think 90s club with music trivia. Instead of bingo numbers, you need to dab songs that the DJ is playing all night!! This is such a fun and interactive night out! We were dancing, singing and enjoying this 3 hour event. I cannot get over how fun this event was! Even though we didn't win anything, we were having a good time. We were either jamming out to amazing music, raving on stage with the DJ, or competing in contests throughout the night. Parking is $20 but free along the streets if you're comfortable doing so. We did and had no issues. There is a bar. We got the 5 for $35 bucket which included a choice of cider, white claws and spiked lemonade. There is also concessions which are fairly cheap. $2 popcorn and $3 pretzels with a variety of chips, drinks, hots dogs, cookies to choose from.

The staff here is truly exceptional! I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Dion, Ricky, and the entire team who stepped in to help me secure medical attention for someone I had just met last night. I was at the Webster Underground recently for a show. The indie vibe is strong, which is great if you are looking to literally stand next to your favorite band as the perform. For me, that was a bonus. It is extremely small in there though. I am old so earplugs are usually a staple for any concert nowadays, but I definitely would have suffered some damage if I didn't have them that night. There is a small bar there with some drinks and cans available for purchase. It is quite an old looking building and the area is kind of intimidating to be honest. I was driving perhaps a little below speed limit to try and find the parking lot (which is behind the Webster, but without obvious signage) and several cars blew by me laying on their horns. Totally unnecessary and obnoxious. I wasn't stopped but trying to look for signs because many of the streets are one way requires that you not be driving over the speed limit. When I did find the parking lot though there was a very nice guy there to pay and direct me to a spot. He made me feel a bit better. I then entered the club and was immediately renewed in excitement and joy with how kind, helpful, and happy the staff were on a Tuesday night. The staff is what makes it four stars for me. I cannot speak enough about how nice they were and how safe they made me feel, as I was there by myself.

The management at this venue is absurd. I purchased tickets to see an artist on June 21st, 2024. However, the artist rescheduled to another date at the last-minute due to sustained injuries. This is understandable. Stuff happens. However, how does a venue not offer a refund when the ticket purchaser is not able to attend the rescheduled date? This is extremely unfair. I understand that tickets are non-refundable. HOWEVER, the concert was rescheduled to another date. I am not asking for a refund for a fault of my own. I've never ran into this issue before at other venues. Whenever events at other venues were canceled or rescheduled and I was unable to attend on the new date, I was offered a refund right away. They understood it was not my fault. Thieves.

Just saw a show there and I'm surprised! I remember how it used to be there and it's a night and day difference. Entry was easy, the parking lot right next door was a solid place to park. Sound was great, staff was very personable. Huge respect to Josh, one of the security guards. Took great care of us all night and truly cares about patrons. Would definitely come back to see a show here again

Lol this place sucks. It sounds like shit, there's no ac, and it literally looks the same as it did when I was 16 (2002) they really need to just tear it down and build a nicer one but it's hartford so I wouldn't hold my breath.

I don't mind that the venue was a bit dated as the staff was friendly overall. Currently there is still a mask mandate inside and if you forget a mask, you can buy one for $1. I only saw people really wearing them near merch and food stands. My biggest issue is the sound quality. I went with a friend so see a few pop rock/metal bands and I didn't know the bands. I enjoyed my time but I couldn't hear anything the singers were singing or saying as the music and mics were no where near equalized correctly. I wouldn't recommend seeing any new bands here as it isn't worth it.

I've seen two shows here: Motion City Soundtrack and Atreyu. Ticket prices are reasonable, $20 for both shows that I saw. It's in a sketchball neighborhood, but there's not many shady people hanging around (if that makes any sense whatsoever) The venue is on the small-ish side, which is a good thing...sometimes you can meet members of the band. The bathrooms are ghetto and beat up, but for being where it is, the venue as a whole is quite nice. Yes, the security people can be pricks...I got "warned" for taking video on my phone...except I was just taking pictures...but if they weren't there, things would be out of control.

For being in Hartford, this place is nice. But most important to a good experience is the staff and they were all amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Venue parking is great, bathrooms are clean and there's good ventilation. I had a great time
