If I could leave negative stars, I would. AVOID this place like the plague. Go to a local diner - for Pete's sake, even Dunkin Donuts is better for 1/4 the price. I took my two granddaughters for pancakes. After ordering, we sat and waited and waited and waited. I was served the smallest cup of coffee I.ve ever seen, maybe a 4-6 oz cup. It was only 2/3 full, tasted like it had been sitting on the hot plate for hours, and only slightly warm, so, maybe 3 oz of bad coffee. Waitress never came back with a refill and forgot to bring the water I requested....twice. Astonishingly, the price for the 3-ounce, lukewarm, single cup of coffee was $3.99, with the addition of tax and tip (I actually did leave on, albeit smaller than usual) the full cost was $4.81. Geez! That makes Starbucks look like bargain basement per ounce of coffee. One granddaughter ordered the French toast breakfast, which should have come with hash browns, no hashbrowns---- and the eggs....ooof... they weren't even real eggs, just that nasty chemical concoction you get at bad buffet places. She left them on the plate. The other granddaughter ordered chocolate chip pancakes. Her pancakes came a full15 minutes after Granddaughter 1 and I were served. We were finished eating before she was even served.... People!......this is a PANCAKE house. Can't they get 3 pancakes on the table in less than 40 minutes. And did I mention that a glass of faux lemonade cost $7.00? It wasn't even busy at 11 AM on a Friday! All in all, we were at that iHop for about 90 minutes. I could have driven home, cooked a better breakfast (with real eggs and good coffee) AND driven back in less time. In summary, the food was awful, the service was horrible and there was no ambiance. All this for $51! Please, save your money. I have had better breakfasts at McDonalds. One more observation, inquiring minds want to know - how much did they pay the people who gave this place a 5-star rating? Either that or they are robots! Needless to say, I implored my Granddaughters that if I ever had the insane idea to go to iHop EVER again, to stomp on my foot and remind me of this experience. Nah, they won't need to remind me.... the experience is sort of unforgettable, and not in a good way.

The Enfield location is the best managed IHOP in the area! Friendly greeting by who accommodated our request for a booth by going and one. Our server Sam showed up and provided excellent service. The restaurant was well and including the ladies room. The food arrived promptly and was well cooked. We will definitely make this our IHOP of choice!!!

The pancakes were incredibly fluffy, and my kids loved the smiley face! It's the little details that bring them joy. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast!

The only reason I even tried is because is really near my mom's house so a Sunday morning that we were feeling lazy we ordered some breakfast and the quality was un eatable. It was sausages and bacon with a cinnamon roll pastry that tasted like toothpaste. Service was alright they can definitely improve by focusing in presentation and taste of food.

Felt like pancakes, so I stopped in here. The Parking: ample and easy to find spots The Place: clean, open, nice The Service: most excellent The Food: tasty Yeah, so I sat down, and I had a lot of coffee within a minute or so. They give you your own mini-pot, so you can refill your cup about there times before you need a pot refill. I ordered a stack of pancakes and some sausage links. It came out in a very reasonable amount of time. While I waited, I could hear the banter among the kitchen staff. This was good, as it meant they were awake and on their game. My sausage links were a bit spicy, but they were good. The pancake stack was tasty with butter and syrup. Typical IHOP fare. The place was filling with families, and the whole venue had a comforting feel. The wait-staff is mostly bilingual, which is very convenient, and the shining part of my meal was my waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Will I return? Absolutely!

Ordered ubereats from here. That's how much gravy was on the country fried steak. Didn't even cover the steak. This is the second time this has happened. I'm willing to overlook it once but this is a trend now.

Clean and fast this place is definitely one of the better IHOPs with great food! If Lauren is working as a waitress, you're gonna have a fantastic experience-- she's so personable and on top of it!
