The pizza we order was sent without cheese. The manager explained that it was a standard amount of cheese they use for their pizza. Meaning no cheese I guess. It was a delivery for Friday night and the manager said not to eat and bring the pizza back the next day. We paid for bread with sauce and bad costumer service.

I really love Pizza Time as a delivery option for pizza in my area. They have a really awesome online system that lets you customize exactly how you want your pizza. Check out all of these great options! Sizewise: Personal to Party Size! Whether it's a party of one to a small family gathering, they have you covered! Toppings: Onions, Green Peppers, Roasted Peppers, Pepperoni, Ham, Mushrooms, Beef, Sausage, Black Olives, Bacon, Broccoli, Meatballs, Fresh Tomatoes, Eggplant, Garlic, Hot Peppers, Pineapple, Chicken, Spinach, Feta Cheese, Turkey, Roast Beef, Sliced Steak, Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Shrimp, Buffalo Shrimp, Red Bliss Potatoes, Banana Peppers, Ricotta Cheese, Extra Cheese, BBQ Ginger, Sweet Chili There are sooo many great toppings! Steak, Buffalo Chicken and Buffalo Shrimp are some of my regulars! The crust is one of my favorite options! You can choose between: Regular Crust, Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo or Stuffed Crust for $2 extra. I love the cheese stuffed crust! It's so good!! You also get to choose from all of these sauce selections for dipping: Pizza Sauce, Pesto Sauce, Marinara Sauce, BBQ Sauce, Ranch Sauce, Garlic Butter Sauce or Alfredo Sauce. I've done the alfredo--thumbs up! Lastly, you even get to choose a dipping sauce. Choices include Garlic, Ranch, Blue Cheese or Mild. I really like the garlic sauce. It's so great with the stuffed crust. The world is your oyster at Pizza Time. Create your pizza dream. So many possibilites, so many pizzas. Sounds pretty great to me!

I didn't have high expectations but I wanted to give this place a try. The Dow is 100% pretty frozen so if you're looking for hand tossed pizza you need to order from here. I ordered the buffalo chicken time pizza. The pizza was very spicy. It was OK. However, the pizza was not as described as it says that there would be ricotta cheese and there was no ricotta cheese. On the upside, I was charge several dollars less than the listed price. The garlic butter sauce for dipping was fairly decent as well. However, given other options in Wethersfield, I can't give Pizzatime more than 2 stars. If the pizza was constructed as written on the menu, I'd give it three stars. Average.

I've been ordering from Pizza Time since they opened, to very inconsistent results. Sometimes the pizza and the dinners are pretty good. Sometimes, they're not. Tonight the pizza was ok, but the tomato sauce on the dinners was very watery. Like someone added water to the sauce because they didn't have enough to make it through the night. That's Pizza Time for ya!

I ordered 20 pieces of wings. I asked the lady how much blue cheese she gave me and she lied and said she put in three containers when it was two. Now I've ordered from this place from years and the last few times the wings where terrible. The service is not good at all

First i don't even want to give the review a 1 because it was absolutely disgusting and the customer service was horrible !! I asked for red bliss potato pizza (obviously i shouldn't have only thing opened at the time) and these fools literally put fried potatoe wedges on my pizza lmfaoooo i didn't know whether to laugh because i thought it was a joke or what so brought the food back in the guy did not want to give me a refund !!!! I couldn't believe it but best believe i got that refund y'all ... don't do it you will be disappointed

This place is like putting a cigar out on my pee hole! Took "30 minus" too make our food while waiting there. More like 64 minutes! The interaction with owners should have been video taped. We ask for chicken wings, they ask how many shrimp we want.

Pizza time is fast and convenient if you live in the area. The prices are relatively good for what they offer. The pizza is by far the weakest offering in my opinion, as there are SEVERAL more options in the area that have FAR better pizza. What is excellent are the wings, especially the boneless variety. The sauce options are endless and of the more than half dozen we've tried all have been EXCEPTIONAL! The grinders, apps, entrees, and salads are, like the pizza, just okay. This is our go to place for wings. They do hit you with a delivery charge, which recently went up, so be aware of that. UPDATE: The prices have gone up and it seems the quality gone the opposite direction. Also, have had several delivery issues. BEWARE do NOT order online anymore!!
