I recently attended a three-day conference at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The young gentleman at check-in was incredibly friendly, always wearing a smile, and even remembered me throughout my stay—a small but meaningful touch that made me feel truly welcomed.
My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views of both the lake and the city. One standout moment was my interaction with the housekeeping team. On one occasion, I returned to my room while the housekeeper was still tidying up. She immediately and graciously excused herself, allowing me to change before finishing her work. I was also impressed by her keen attention to detail—she noticed how I arranged my belongings and ensured everything was placed just as I liked each day.
The conference facilities were top-notch, with well-appointed meeting spaces that provided a comfortable and professional setting. The food and beverage offerings throughout the event were superb, with a variety of delicious meals and impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, service-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Overall, The Ritz-Carlton Chicago exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel truly embodies luxury and outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend it as one of the best stays in Chicago and extend my gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and professionalism. I look forward to returning!

Original room on a high floor with a lake view had a constant tapping sound on the ceiling. The front desk manager explained the wind causes noise on the higher floors so we were moved to a room on lower floor and voila no noise. It was a suite and right across the club lounge so it was much bigger than our original room and it faced Michigan Ave. The club lounge and the ladies and gentlemen that worked there were really helpful and friendly. Food was good. One night we even had sushi! The gym is very spacious and well equipped and the pool was warm and perfect for some exercise when the temperature outside was below freezing. There was also a sauna and steam room in the men’s locker room.

Best Ritz I've ever been to. The customer service is unparalleled and the rooms are to date the cleanest and most amenity-filled of any hotel I've ever been to. The views are great too. Only thing that could be improved would be the elevators, since they're quite old and slow

Exceptional Anniversary Experience
I booked a room at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary, and it was an outstanding experience.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and even left a personalized note for us—a very thoughtful touch!

The hotel was beautifully elegant, and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar before heading out to dinner. The views of the Chicago skyline from our room were absolutely stunning. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to return. #Ricks2Cents

Perfect location, walking distance from the Miracle Mile (love the Starbucks Reserve and Nike Town), and close to all of the great attractions that Downtown Chicago has to offer.
