It's a Burger King. Nothing special. They only had "soda water" available in the fountain, not regular water, so watering down the overly-sweet Hi-C fruit punch was weird and gross. Decent service, food is normal for BK. Nothing else to complain about.

By far the worst Burger King experience ever. Probably the worst fast food experience in Dover I've had. Ordered through a third party app (Uber Eats), wich said i could pickup my order. All i got was dirty looks from employees on site. I would understand if it was right before closing, but at the same time, don't accept my order if you don't want it. By far the worst experience I've had here in Delaware

Got the bacon Melt that can be seen on TV. Not bad, but I added some mustard to make it better. I asked for a side salad and a chocolate shake, both of which are on the online menu for this location. Was told they didn't have side salads and they no longer have an ice cream machine at this location. When I voiced my disappointment by saying, "Wow! I won't come back here again!", a male voice responded, "Bye then!" So rude! The female at the drive thru was much more polite and gave me the Melt with a good attitude.

Horrible, horrible service. I was the only car there, and the cashier told me to pull up. I told her I was fine waiting at the window since I was not holding anyone up. She was incredibly rude; she wanted me to pull up so her timer would not keep going and it would look like she's doing her job. Then after dealing with the rudeness, the food was horrible. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Called and talked to the manager, who was just as rude, and he was absolutely not concerned at all. Told me it was my fault that I came at the end of breakfast (was never told that breakfast was over) and I got basically the stale leftovers from breakfast. This was a complete waste of money and I will never spend another penny with burger king. I ended up just throwing the sandwiches away since they were probably spat on or wiped on the floor anyway. Avoid this shitty place at all costs!

The worst customer service ever and it seems like all the Burger Kings have bsd customer service. You can expect not to receive your order in time especially if your inside because they will ignore you for drive thru. Expect to be treated badly and cursed at because Burger King seems to think that's ok, customers are just there so they can take your money.

Place sucks . Nothing else to say.. rude staff out of everything they told me to go to Taco Bell because I asked for a Mexican sandwich that was listed on their menu . They didn't have sweet tea . The girl should be fired.

Courteous. Fulfilling. Nutritious. Yummy. Bang-for-you-buck. From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience at this Burger King. After initially opening the wrong door to enter, we eventually found our way and were met with smiling faces and a friendly staff. Ordering was seamless and the rotating menu even drove some in our group to pivot their orders to try something new. Meals consisted of Whoppers, chicken fries, and trying the cheese tater tots. An experienced Burger King frequenter compared their Whopper to what one would think a Krabby Patty tastes like. A first-time Burger King customer said their Whopper exceeded expectations. The Chicken Fries are a steal as normal. For just $3.39, one receives a full meal. The only downside was the ranch. Fine to dip in, but didn't wow anyone like that of ranch from Jack in the Box. The cheesy tater tots were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. Definitely a nice side to try and add to the order, but I may indulge in the mozzarella cheese sticks next time I visit this establishment. Overall, we had a fantastic trip to this Burger King. Our order was to-go, but sitting down with our fellow Burger King customers would have only added to the experience.

my boyfriend and I went up to the speaker to order at the drive thru , we start ordering and we asked for a chicken fry combo, the lady taking our order says there's no chicken fries, ( he only likes the chicken fries from here ) so we said were all good we will take our service somewhere else. she then spoke on the speaker and said would you like just the chicken fries or the combo , then said give me a second. we then sat there for 5 minutes in silence and as we turned on his truck, she spoke on the speaker and was like "just give me a second" then my boyfriend said "it's okay honey, we said we don't want anything" this service was awful, she was stumbling over her words, didn't know how to speak or what she was even speaking about, we ordered and she spoke it back to us then said they didn't have what we asked for then proceeded to say would you like chicken fries after we said we will take our businesses somewhere else, as if she didn't just say "we are out of chicken fries" why are you out of a main streamed product? and why did it take so long for her to respond to us if she said she didn't have them .. waste of our time , do not come here .

The amount of disorganization and chaos in this place is honestly laughable. Ten minutes waiting in line. Ten minutes wait for your food, and ten minutes trying to get them to fix your order. Definitely do not come here if you are in a rush.

While using the drive thru , I noticed that the kitchen looked dirty and the person preparing the food wasn't wearing gloves / following safe food handling protocols. I was then confronted by an aggressive staff member, who identified herself as the manager. The woman started yelling at me asking if I had a problem. The kicker at the end, after I pulled away, was that they messed up my order.
