Just left the drive thru. Their employees are the friendliest and courteous. Service with a smile! Passing by en route back to Virginia. I was impressed with the presentation of the whopper. I have to say it was the best looking whopper I have ever seen in person. My sister loved the Iced mocha coffee! She said it was made to perfection!

Terrible service. Foods sat out all day. Needs more frequent cleaning. Only eat here if you like waiting an hour for cold food.

Go somewhere else. Sooo slow. Workers arguing and yelling at each other. Customers walking out and workers saying don't care they are busy. Wow.

I live 5-10 minutes from this location & I come here on occasion. I took advantage of the free delivery & Door Dash during this stressful time & when I got my order for me and my s/o...I had my salad & two large drinks with only one large fry & Whopper. When I called, she said I only bought one Whopper. In amazement I read off the order I made, & the total. I most definitely ordered TWO meals & a salad. & was charged for everything. I drove up there to get my other fry & Whopper I paid for. I pulled up to the box, & I told her I was missing items & instead of asking to park, I was told to wait in the line, it literally took me 15 minutes to get to the window. When I finally got to the window, I told the woman what happened and they still f*cked up and only gave me a sandwich. These people are idiots. They need a bloody attitude check too. Moral of this review, everytime I go, it's always a bad experience. But I love BK.

Skinny African American manager was so rude. Asked for a double whopper jr. with cheese. She said we don't make that. Only double whoppers. I then said make it a meal and put add patty and cheese. Came out as a single and asked for my money back because I waited for ten minutes to order while they decided who will go on a coffee run. Then she said I was going to give it to you for free!!!!! How is the company and the proprietor make money. Zero rating

Workers were rude and food tasted awful. A lot of shady people around the store and the workers didn't care when they mixed up our order with somebody else's and took like 20 mins to make again.

This place is gross. I took pictures of 7 different dead flies in the dining area. The staff was rude and food was terrible!

This Burger King location is just off US-13 southbound but if you miss the entrance, you can also enter from US-13 Alt behind the restaurant. This place looks like it has been recently renovated. The parking lot has been repaved and even the lamp posts have a fresh coat of paint. Inside, service was decent and efficient. The food was well, still standard Burger King, but I really had no complaints. The only other thing I noticed on my visit was the state police were apprehending someone out front in the parking area but that is hardly the fault of the restaurant.

Had bad experiences with Burger King. One night i went and ordered a Chili Cheese Dog on my way to a babysitting job and it was completely cold. Had another experience today looking for something quick to eat after coming home from an errand ran in New Castle. Stopped to the one by Smyrna. Order 2 Value meal bacon cheeseburgers and a Whopper combo for my mom, sister, and i. Theres was more bread than actual burger and extremely dry. I also noticed compared to other fast food resteraunts like Wendy's and even Hardy's high ass, Burger King is really pricey and even the value meal isn't really a value. I mean a $1.89 for a small value fry?! Really? I knew i should've waited till i found a Wendy's and just got a 4 for 4
