If I could give less than one star I would! The SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA concert scheduled for July 31, 2022 in Orlando, FL at the Amway Center was officially canceled due to lack of ticket sales. https://www.amwaycenter.com/events/detail/swedish-house-mafia-2022 It was announced that tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com were automatically refunded to the original form of payment. I unfortunately and unknowingly purchased my tickets via Secure Box Office via a web link back in January of 2022. Secure Box Office refuses to refund me for my purchase and instead is offering me a credit with an expiration date. I do not want a credit I want a refund, but they claim that their terms and agreements state that if an event is cancelled, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable law. If not, you will be given compensation. They are claiming the credit being issued as compensation. What is the applicable law entitling me to my refund? I decided to go through my credit card company and dispute the charges for services not rendered. I purchased the ticket in January and the event was cancelled the week of in July so my credit card company, Discover, told me it was too old of a transaction for them to do anything other than contact the vendor. Secure Box Office sent them the receipt of purchase. I was not denying the purchase, but instead wanting a refund for an event that was cancelled. Worse off whoever originally bought the tickets from Ticketmaster not only got paid for my purchase through Secure Box Office, but also got their money refunded to them for the cancelation too. Never doing business with Secure Box Office! It's best to verify that any link you click on is taking you to Ticketmaster

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! This place is awful. My event was rescheduled 4 times, then cancelled. They will not email back, they will not answer me on live chats and if you call- they redirect you to the 'customer service' which is automated and will tell you to email them.There is literally no way to reach this company or get your money back even with their "guarantee"

After ordering tickets to a baseball game, I received three emails stating that my tickets would be emailed shortly and that I needed to "accept" them. I checked my inbox and spam time and time again and never received the tickets. I took my family to the game and bought new tickets at the box office. I then contacted secure box office and asked that they simply refund my money ($130.38, around $50 more than at the park). They told me that the tickets were transferred and that they would not do that. They were essentially calling me a liar. I placed another call. This time I thought I would find someone who cared about the customer. I did not. This woman decided to try to patronize me and then I asked for a supervisor. I didn't get one. Instead I got another random worker who claimed he was the highest up the ladder. He gave me the same song and dance. As if I wanted to be on the phone for hours. He proceeded to tell me that "I failed to access the tickets that were sent." I replied that I never got the tickets and he then attempted to hang up on me. This company does not care about you in any way. They will never do the right thing for their customers and are crooks. I assure you that I never got an email with tickets. There was nothing to access, yet the company still insists on saying that I am wrong. I have disputed the sale with my bank and I hope that works before I have to take them to court. You can see the two emails I received after my email was confirmed here and after they were sent, there was nothing else. Not from them, the league, venue or team. DO NOT TRUST SECURE BOX OFFICE! THEY ARE FRAUDS!

This company should be shut down. They are deceptive, shitty filthy liars who rip people off of their hard earned money! The first thing that happened was I was on the website specific to the amphitheater. I clicked on tickets and it shot me through to secure box office (I did not realize this and thought I was on the CMAC site as it looked identical). I purchased 3 tickets which totaled $1,100.00. The purchase was in Dec 2021. The concert was June 1st of 2022. I contacted them numerous times about getting my tickets and each time was told that I would get them by may 31st. Well... I kept calling and did not get the email link for the tickets until the afternoon of June 1st!! Now I had read so many bad reviews about this company that I filed a complaint with my credit card company months earlier. In the end I could not use the tickets (who knows if they were even legit). It was too late to even give them away to anyone. The credit card company decided in favor of SBO. I will be disputing the charge again as I didn't get the tickets by the 31st as their guarantee stated. The reviews here are legit folks. This is not some whiny people complaining about how their steak was cooked. This is honest people like me who get ripped off often times for thousands of dollars. I'm going to try to submit this with no stars but I don't know if it will let me. I give these dishonest, shitheads negative 5 stars

The service was just terrible and made me lost all the money for my tickets. I had tickets to see Neil deGrasse Tyson, a show that was postponed several times because the pandemic. A week before the show was actually going to happen, I tried to confirm that my tickets were still valid (the downloadable tickets kept saying 04/05/2020, instead of 11/16/2021), but SecureBoxOffice didn't answer my question until the same day of the event. Before that, although they connected me several times to a chat, this one always closed after a brief period of time elapsed, without warning and not answering any question. Never again with this company!

We bought tickets for Hamilton in Portland, OR in Feb. 2020 for the shows that were going to take place in 2021. Those shows were postponed. When Hamilton came to Portland in April 2022 for a month, we tried to get our tickets but SBO kept insisting that the show was postponed and wasn't showing. I called them almost everyday and "chatted" with them online and they told me the same thing over and over. They won't give me my money back because the show was never canceled. I found out from the venue that Hamilton tickets were never sold for the 2021 show at all. They didn't go onsale until 2022. So SecureBoxOffice sold me tickets they didn't have. I am going to file a class action suit in Oregon and I am hoping to get everyone who has had the same experience to join me. I spent over $1500 on my tickets. It is so heartbreaking!

Only gave them 1 star because I'm forded to enter rating. Bought tickets to concert that was postponed for 2 years (Covid) "Refunds not allowed due to postponed events". Took additional 5 months of constant calling and assistance of the better business bureau and California Attorney General Office to get our money back. Fortunately we live in California and the law is on your side regarding refunds. NEVER buy any ticket from these scammers. If there is any chance you will change your mind or not want to go to the event, you've lost your money. We the people need to drive this company out of business by NOT buying anything from them EVER so these individuals crawl back under the rock they came from.

Scam!!! Do not use them! Ticket-center.com. They hang off legitimate sites and rip you off. They present to be venue and they are not. Don't know if it's legal. They refuse to give you your money back. They refuse to escalate. Total scam. I'm trying to find government agencies to report them to.

I'll be starting a class action suit against Secure Box Office for taking almost $1000.00 from me, promising me tickets to a concert and when the concert was cancelled due to COVID, they refused to give me a refund. Anyone interested in joining this class action suit, please contact me. There are precedent setting cases against online ticket companies that have awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars for identical cases. I'm taking Secure Box Office downtown.....

Tickets are very easy to purchase, however this business charges almost three times the actual amount of the ticket. When you are purchasing the ticket you think you are getting great seats. When you get the ticket you find out the actual price of the seat, which is way less than what you are charged. I called within the hour of making a purchase to cancel, and was told no. No cancellation by three different people. Each Hispanic accented person told me the next person to come on the phone can "assist" but they tell you no. No cancellation. I was on the phone with these people for over an hour. One time it sounded like the person i was speaking to was in a kitchen. I could hear people yelling in the background. I was charged $281 for two tickets that were valued at $53.00 each! I couldn't believe it. I just want to warn other shoppers not to make a purchase with them unless you can't get any tickets from the actual box office or for a sold out show and you are willing to pay triple the price. Be very careful making on line purchases like this. I could have done a credit card charge back but I hate the hassle of that and my sister very much wanted to see the show. Thank you.
