Revamped restaurant. The drive-thru is much much easier to use except for the menu, which is so light colored, it's hard to read (no contrast) and of course, it's been rearranged so the fave cheap stuff is hard to find and the potatoes seemed MIA until after I ordered, they appeared in the middle of the board. In addition to the hard to read sign board, the salad selection seems to be seasonal and there was no way to tell if the one main meal salad I found (Mozzarella and pesto) had nuts (pesto has nuts.) The garden salad is in such a small container, it flies out all over when you try to eat it. Forget trying to jury-rig your own taco salad, the container of the salad is miniscule and over-filled. The chili is watery but at least doesn't seem to be concocted of day-old burgers chopped up. Lose-one, win-one. I dropped my chili on taking it out the window, and the kindly young guy serving at the window got me another one in case it burst open. But my new chili was missing its crackers. lose-one, win-one, lose-one? Props for fixing up the Third World parking lot with ruts bigger than my back forty, props for cleaning the place up, props for the guy working the window, and no props for the new menu. Wendy's still has my vote for variety and ability to choose good stuff for lunch. However, the salads need work. This Wendys, an awful outlet, has improved.

Headed home from Virginia with my family and we were hungry so we stopped at this Wendy's. Outside looked awful like the place was abandone. Service was good but the workers weren't wearing gloves. Burger was disgusting and everything was just thrown on there. Fries were okay and the chicken nuggets were very good. Bathrooms were a mess and the inside was very dirty and bland. Prices were outrageous when the food wasn't even good.

The manager of this restaurant should be fired based on the caliber of the employees she hires. Loud, obnoxious, slow, and many can't speak English. It has been the loudest dining experience I've ever had. This place is horrific, never ever go to this restaurant!

Prices are outrageous - I paid almost $13.00 for a chicken sandwich and a baked potato. If the food was fresh and well prepared I wouldn't mind paying those prices occasionally. But what I got was NOT fresh and NOT well prepared. The chicken was a thin dried out patty with congealed cheese - it was obviously sitting there for quite a while. Same with the potato - the cheese was HARD. Melted cheese is NOT supposed to be hard. I'm putting this review everywhere I can. Over $8 for a dried out piece of chicken is ridiculous! Done with Wendy's, there are way too many other options to get ripped off like this. Stay away from this place!

Food was tossed in the garbage! Not only were the nuggets and chicken sandwiches likely RE-dipped into fryer, as they were super hard and moist-less, but they smelled of cigarettes. Almost like the person preparing them didn't wash their hands after their smoke break. The cookies also smelled of cigarettes. The mango lemonade was INSANELY sugared to death. My entire household tossed their dinner right in the garbage. Never again! We don't typically do fast food, and I think this will definitely keep us from attempting it again. Gross!

Me and my Mother stopped in this Wendy's while on the back home, as we were walking there was a very unprofessional conversation going on between two workers. The cashier was very respectful, just his coworkers. Overall our food was fresh just horrible first impression and customer service.

The Overnight staff is very terrible, Lazy, Rude. The manager is greatly giving Karen! Not to mention the fact that they should really do drug screening because definitely giving, they are on something (Management). Cannot wait til it goes out of business and they put something nicer in its place, with service like this trust they will not be around long. Ugh just disgusted that they pay people to act like this, Chick Fil A, needs to give some lessons to these under links. Wendy's please Do better. Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheeseburger? The guy can keep it! Bottom bun was burnt and they just slapped two pieces of undercooked bacon and a few crumbs of onion bits on it. I had to add some condiments to jazz it up.
