If I could leave a no star I would! Kids that work here have the worst attitude and don't listen! I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and there's 2 chicken cubes. Not sure what kind of scam they're doing here but $20 for this? People should avoid this location!

No big complaints just need to be careful and mindful when wiping the counter right over the open salad dressing. Sanitary is key.

We ordered from here and got a turkey club salad with NO bacon and they gave us a turkey club salad with bacon and no turkey. We also ordered a create your own with iceberg lettuce and roasted peppers and got romaine lettuce and regular chopped peppers. Very disappointed in the service here.

First of all I would like to say this is nothing against the staff. All the girls that work there that night that I was in worked very hard and were customer service oriented and helpful. They answered any questions any of the guests had. With that being said I ordered a combo half chicken Parmesan Panini and a half salad. I have never been to a place where they give you chicken Parmesan made with lunch meat, cheese and tomato sauce. I was utterly disgusted now I know better than to go to a salad place and order chicken Parm but with that being said I have never seen that before.....it was disgusting. So whoever thought it was a good idea needs to be fired! I ordered with the combo and 1/2 salad and it was dressed with Caesar dressing enough for an entire salad!

I am really disappointed/disgusted with this specific location for this establishment. The dressing was pasty, the chicken was bad, I was overcharged (I ordered three salads and was only given two rolls) and the list is longer. I was so infuriated that I had my husband return the food for a full refund. If you like Saladworks, don't go to this one. Try Mount Laurel location off 38. If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD!

This particular Saladworks was recently reopened by the franchisee from the Collingswood location that I used to frequent. The staff at Delran Saladworks are equally friendly and fast - a big plus since that line can get pretty long during prime lunch hours. The cafe was bright and clean, though I took my salad to go. All of the ingredients were really fresh. My only gripe is the salad dressing part of the line. Two huge scoops of dressing is way too much for the size of the salads (which seem to get smaller as the years go by - remember the big seafoam green bowls from Saladworks of yore?). The person in charge of dressing should probably ask "one scoop or two?" Sounds silly, but she was so fast I didn't have time to ask her to stop, as I watched her dump the second onto my salad, which was swimming in italian vinaigrette when I got home. Dressing aside, this Saladworks is better than most and I'll likely return next time I have a craving and I'm in the area.

If you've never been to a Salad Works Cafe, here's the deal. There's a glass case inside that is full of fresh ingredients. The front of the case lists salad names and their component ingredients. You order the salad of your choice, and the order taker assembles it from those fresh ingredients. Your salad will probably cost around $8.50 - $9.00. They also have a few sandwich and soup selections. We've been here a few times lately. The salad ingredients always look and are fresh. I've never been unhappy with the portions or quality of the salads. Consistently, however, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The employees seem to be brisk towards all the customers, as the customers are keeping the employees from fraternizing with each other. What a nuisance the customers are to this food service business! I'm pretty easy going and am not looking for valet or concierge service, but the long faces and abrupt answers really gets old here. Especially when you're dropping 9 bucks for lunch.

Great place to eat if you want to lose weight ... 'cuz you'll probably lose your lunch after you watch them prep it. I don't usually review chain restaurants. In fact, I've never reviewed a chain restaurant. But this one stood out to me - for all the wrong reasons. I ordered a salad from a girl who, while friendly, wasn't really listening and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Everyone in line had to repeat their orders to her several times before she got them. While this girl made the salad, a young guy was restocking the items on the salad line. More than once, I saw him wipe his nose - using his glove! - then return to restocking food items. That made me look at everyone else's hands and I realized that only about half of the people handling the food were wearing gloves. Thankfully, the people who were handling my salad were wearing gloves and this boy hadn't touched anything I'd ordered. Otherwise, I'd have just left. After I ordered my salad, I also ordered a small soup. The girl behind the register - who had just been handling money - simply stepped over and ladled my soup into a container. Or rather, she ladled the soup into the container and all over the sides of it as well. She stared at the mess for a little bit, then simply snapped on the lid and threw the whole thing into a paper bag. Then she asked me whether I wanted a wheat or white roll. I responded, "A wheat roll with butter, please." It wasn't until I got home that I saw she'd forgotten the butter. However, I did notice (how could I not?) that she'd thrown the roll (loose) into the same paper bag as that mess of a soup. While she was ladling the soup I'd ordered, yet another glove-less employee walked out of the back carrying a different soup pot, then proceeded to set it into the holder, switch the ladle from the old pot to the new one, and then stir the new one. All told, I was so shocked and disgusted that as soon as I left the store, I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that a manager wasn't on duty, but I could speak to a shift supervisor. I did and while he assured me he'd talk to the guy restocking the food, he almost seemed as though it was a bother to take my call. I just moved to this area and I used to frequent the Saladworks near my old job, so I was excited that there was another one not too far from my new job. However, I think I will skip this particular store from now on.

Never been to a saladworks until tonight because we were not very hungry and now very glad we did. We both got soup/chili and salads and the food was prepared perfectly. The chili and soup was not too hot and not too cold and very tasty. I got the buffalo bleu salad and my wife the Caesar salad. We were both blown away how good they were for a chain restaurant. The place was spotless and the decor was really nice. We will be back
